My visit to Rick Chase Hyundai in Roswell was a great experience. I only went with the intention of test driving a Hyundai Veloster Turbo, which is the car that I have been researching and wanting to pur experience. Tim Crawley was was my salesman, and I truly say that I walked away with a car and a new found respect for car salesmen. The entire staff was very friendly, and Tim was that and extremely knowledgable about the automobile. He educated me on information that I hadn't received during the other 2-3 time that I visited the dealership. I really appreciate everyones patience since it was late when we left and the dealership was closed. This is my first Hyundai that I have ever owned, but due to the service I received it won't be the last. My wife and I used the online USAA Car Buying Service to check the availability of Hyundai Accent Hatchbacks in the area, and received email solicitations from multiple dealers, Rick Case Hyundai being amon check the availability of Hyundai Accent Hatchbacks in the area, and received email solicitations from multiple dealers, Rick Case Hyundai being among them. We visited Rick Case Hyundai Roswell on Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend around 5 PM. We must have wandered around for a good 10-15 min before any Sales Rep even acknowledged our existence; first inside the showroom, then out on the lot, and finally back inside the showroom. A gentlemen finally asked us if we were being helped, we said “No”, and he disappeared in the back, never to be seen again. Finally Mr. Nick Tavani walked by and also asked us whether we were being helped. We once again replied no, and asked if he was available to help us, to which he agreed. I indicated that we were using the USAA Car Buying Service, that we were interested in the Accent Hatchback, and that we were prepared to buy today. He went to get keys for a test drive. Upon his return, he indicated that they had no Accent Hatchbacks on the lot, only sedans, but that they drove about the same. I replied that we wanted to test drive the exact model we were interested in buying. I asked him if he expected to get any HBs in the near future. After checking with his Manager, Nick told us that the HB was a relatively “rare” vehicle, and that for them to get us one we would need to pretty much agree on a deal beforehand. That was the last straw. I thanked Nick for his assistance, then we left. We proceeded to drive to Cherokee Hyundai in Kennesaw, where we were finally treated like Valued Customers. We test drove, then completed the purchase of an Accent HB SE that same evening and drove it home. We are very irritated by the fact that Rick Case Hyundai would even invite us to visit them when they didn’t have a single model in stock (we had specified online we were interested in the Hatchback). It was an unbelievable waste of our time. And to require a deal on the car before we could even see it, let alone test drive it? They must be out of their minds to be so insulting to a customer, especially after I specifically stated I was ready to buy. I guess business must be really good at Rick Case when they can afford to be so rude to customers they are not interested in. I would suggest they call Cherokee Hyundai and ask them for some tips on how a customer ought to be treated. More

The LAZY salesman there acted like we were inconveniencing him and obviously could care less if he made a sale or not. He was reluctant to walk around the lot and show us the cars we were interested in - just pulled them up on the internet and then told us which way to walk on the lot to find them. The LIAR even left my 4yo, his mother and myself stranded at the dealership after it closed when they PROMISED to wait for us to put us in a new vehicle tonight. Management there sucks too - just as useless as the salesman! They could all take lesson from Gossett VW.... ***BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE*** More
Although this is my first Hyundai, over the last 12 years I have bought 3 other cars. My experience with 2 of the 3 was painful to the point I would never buy from those dealerships again. Based on that previous experience, I was prepared for more pain this time around. What I got was an interesting, friendly, and not unpleasant experience. Darren and David were friendly, helpful, and took a matter of fact approach when appropriate. They did not trash the competition (dealerships or manufacturers), suggesting they were comfortable with the product they were selling. They clearly wanted to work out a deal, but at the same time stressed more than once that I needed to be happy. I liked that their desire to make a sale was clear but they were not "pushy" like some sales people can be, to get it. They left me alone when I asked to allow me to think about things. The finance chap was also a breath of fresh air. After the sale, I was expecting a painful paper filling process. Because this is "after" the agreed sale, the finance experience can undo any good work the sales team have done. Not here. He was good natured and friendly and helped cement my positive view of the dealership. A small touch, but nice none the less, is that the general manager took time to introduce himself and say thank you too. More
I would also like to compliment the Service Dept. Especially The service manager Scott King and the installer David Beamer. We wanted a home link mirror on the Car which did not come with it and when I told Mr. King that I had purchased the mirror to upgrade the one on my new Elantra He waved the installation costs . That kind if consideration I feel is absolutely priceless to me. There is no question in my mind that Rick Case will be getting my business in the future not only to maintain my new car but to sell me my next one. Mr. Beamer put the mirror in very quickly and it looks like it was always there. He also answered my questions about programming the unit and was clear with me that I might have to attempt this more than once to get it correct. I have programed a unit like this before and I appreciated his clarity and forthrightness in answering my questions. Also, I did not get her name, the young lady in the Parts/Service office in the waiting room was also very nice and made me and my wife feel like we were valued customers, so I wanted to commend her as well. We, My wife and I walked in late Monday afternoon We had been looking at several dealerships, including another Hyundai dealer and were unsure as to what we wanted. I was interested in Ga mileage so I suggested maybe we wanted to check out an Elantra. Tim Harrel walked out and just inquired if he could help us. Normally At other dealerships They immediately begin trying to control the conversation or to point you in the direction of what they think you want or possibly that they want to sell. Tim only said Welcome to Rick Case look around and I'll answer any questions yo have. He was pleasant Friendly and at no point tried to get any information from us or or to push anything on us. We felt very comfortable with him there. I mentioned an Elantra and he said that he had one come in, a 2013, and asked us if we wanted to do a test drive. I said yes figuring that I would have give hon information show him a licence s and get on the list. To my surprise he waked into the dealership came out with a key we all got in the car and drove off. It was more than just a run around the block. If we ask a question He answered it clearly and succinctly. At one point my wife mentioned her concern about the ride in smaller car. Tim told me to go up a road that he said was somewhat rougher than we were. It certainly wasn't that bad. and he was clear that there Hyundai's that would have a better ride but that they would not get us the miles per gallon and would not be as affordable. That night we bought a car. We had wanted one and were pretty certain that we would get a Hyundai. But it was Tim and the people above, Steve Hall, Daniel McCormick and Darren Davidson, who made us decide to purchase from Rick Case. Great People, Great Deals Great warranties. More

I went to Rick Case Hyundai because they had a larger inventory of Limited edition 2013 Elantras than Ed Voyles, the Hyundai dealership closest to my house. However, I was VERY disappointed with my serv inventory of Limited edition 2013 Elantras than Ed Voyles, the Hyundai dealership closest to my house. However, I was VERY disappointed with my service. Although Tim Crawley did a great job explaining the various features of the car to me during my test drive, when I would not accept the high monthly payment they were offering me, I was rudely shown the door by Will Barnes. Instead of working with me and lowering the price, as Ed Voyles did for me later that day, they showed me that my business was not wanted there. Ironically, I went to Ed Voyles Hyundai and got the car I wanted for the price I wanted and it came from Rick Case! It's unfortunate that Rick Case was unwilling to do what was necessary to get the sale. More

My husband and I came into Rick Case Hyundai of Roswell with a special circumstance in that we had a challenging credit score to work with for the part of the sale that we were financing. One was John Henry who patiently allowed us to test drive 4 vehicles without any pressure or sales pitches. The first test drive he went with us as we learned the route and gave my husband and I the freedom to discuss what we liked or didn't like about the car. The other three cars he allowed us to run the route on our own. Once we narrowed it down to the car that was right for us, we joined Darren Davidson in the office as we discussed the personal aspects of our financial and credit situation. I was stressing over this part of the deal as I was initially embarassed and feeling vulnerable, but Darren was so sweet, and so comforting that all the stress and embarassment faded. Once we filled out some very simple forms, Darren went to his office to work his magic with the numbers. It didn't take as long as I anticipated and what he came back with was a break down of different options that were easy to understand. When we chose the one that we could work with, they processed the paperwork in record time and a few minutes later we were in the finance office signing what we needed to sign and all in all it was the most pleasant and smooth experience I have ever had buying a car. I would not only recommend a Hyundai, as I love my car and all the Consumer Reports agree it is a great car, but I would highly recommend going to Rick Case Hyundai if you desire a positive experience in car buying.
