From the moment I entered the dealership I never felt preasured to purchase. In addition I have to say meeting with Craig in finance was a breeze and he too made the final experience of the purchase just as wonderful. I would like to recognize sales member Ray Gomez for his outstanding customer service ability and attention to my needs as a customer. My fiancee and I recently decided it was time for a newer set of wheels outstanding customer service ability and attention to my needs as a customer. My fiancee and I recently decided it was time for a newer set of wheels, after talking to Darren Davidson briefly on the phone we decided to swing by and take a look at a few cars. Darren greeted us upon our arrival and after showing us a few cars out of our budget range finally showed us an Elantra that seemed perfect. After chatting for a few minutes about the car we decided to take it for a test drive, Darren pulled Ray from inside to go along with us for the ride. I (HE) have driven a standard transmission car in the past so after a few minutes of drive time I decided that this car was awesome from my perspective, after pulling into a parking lot and switching out driving with my fiancee (who has not driven a standard) Ray did an excellent job of coaching her in the basics of driving a manual transmission. After several failed attempts and a little panic moment in the parking lot Ray straight up told us that even though he is a cars salesman and his job is to sell us this car, he in his right mind could not sell this one to us. This was a very genuine and sincere reaction on his part as I have dealt with dealers in the past where the sale is the key, this showed to us that Ray cared as much about the customer as the sale of the vehicle. We returned to Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell and chatted a few more minutes about the car with Ray and Darren and decided to walk away and look elsewhere for a car with an automatic transmission, with Darren leaving us the option of returning to Rick Case if they were able to find something over the weekend. After doing some more hunting all around the Atlanta area we came to the conclusion that the Elantra at Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell was the car that was best suited to our needs even though it wasn't our first choice. I called Ray the following Friday after work to see if the car was still available and to my surprise it was. We chatted on the phone for a few moments and he told us that another couple were on the way right then to take the car for a test drive so if we wanted it that we had better get there very soon. 15 minutes or so later we arrived at Rick Case Hyundai of Roswell and met a smiling Ray in the lot, we took care of all the financial information and after a few minutes of deliberation we decided to buy the car and not a moment too soon as the couple that was interested showed up a few minutes later. I even told Ray that the reason that we had come back to buy this car was because of his awesome customer service. A few other tidbits to point out about our experience at Rick Case Hyundai of Roswell: 1.) Everyone greeted us with smiles on their faces. 2.) The prices and quality of the vehicles on the lot were some of the best in town. 3.) Ray, Darren and Financial Manager Steve were all very attentive to any questions that we had about any vehicle or paperwork. 4.) All employees seemed cheerful and upbeat (which we had not seen at other dealers). 5.) We had our 7 months old daughter with us both times we were at the dealership and both times all the employees (especially Ray Gomez) went out of their way to see if we needed anything, remember the littlest customers count sometimes too. 6.) The financial department gave us a great deal on our trade-in vehicle. I would personally recommend Rick Case Hyundai of Roswell to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Ray Gomez, this guy is "lights out" at customer service and knowledge of the vehicles he is selling. Even though I will be leaving the Atlanta area pretty soon anytime in the future that I would consider buying a new or used vehicle, Rick Case Hyundai of Roswell will be my first stop for sure. More

John Henry, of Rick Case Hyundai Roswell, made buying a car easy. I just moved from L.A. to Atlanta. I wanted to buy a new car BEFORE I got here, so that it would be waiting for me when I arrived. He was honest, responsive to my needs, helped me overcome all the obstacles of buying a car long-distance, and gave me a great deal. I negotiated with several dealerships, in order to get the best price. John was the first Hyundai salesman I talked to. His initial price was better than all the others. And as the negotiations heated up, his price continued to beat the competition, right up until we had a deal. And John really worked hard to get my business. A long-distance sale is complicated, particularly when the buyer is determined to get the best price. John and I must have spoken over the telephone two dozen times and exchanged emails another dozen times. Since I don’t have a fax machine, several documents had to be scanned and emailed (by both of us). Plus, the contract and other paperwork had to be overnighted to me. John never complained about all the work this required. Throughout the entire process, he was a really nice guy, extremely pleasant to work with. And when I finally got to Atlanta, he even sent someone to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership, so that I could pick up my car. I’ve hated my previous car buying experiences, mostly because the salesmen lied or tried to take advantage of me. But buying a car from John Henry at Rick Case Hyundai Roswell was different. John was so honest, straightforward and pleasant that I actually enjoyed doing business with him. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from John again. And I recommend that anyone in the Atlanta area who is considering buying a Hyundai talk to John Henry. You won’t regret it. More

My car was hit by a drunk driver and totaled. Buying a care was a need not a want, every other dealership in the area treated me as just a number and a means towards their bottom line. First met with our sales person Adam Toms. Adam was great. He took time to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles he was selling. He also spent a lot of time with us through much discussion to give my wife and I a deal in which we were very pleased. Next we met with Chad Giguere the finance manager. Chad took time to view multiple financial options indicating the benefits of each options. I was impressed that Chad was concerned with my overall financial position what what would be the best for us not just for Hyundai. In all the years that I have dealth with dealerships this by far was absolutely the best experience I have ever had. Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell GA is truly a professional dealership that cares about their customers. we actually received a phone call from Adams Toms two days after purchasing the vehicle to make sure everything was okay and to see if we had any questions for him.
