I wish I could have brought my business (and that of my teacher friends and family) to this dealership. Greg Gantner came into the picture and immediately rubbed me the wrong way. Everything from his body language to the tone of his voice to the things he was actually saying made me want to bail on the whole thing from almost the first minute. He offended my wife by talking down to her about the inner workings of finances and business (did I mention that my wife has been in the banking and credit industry for 23 years?). Greg also tried to convince us that my car did not actually have the features that it did in fact have. It was painfully obvious that he was trying to low-ball us on the trade in. The next day I got two offers from two other Hyundai dealerships that were both 60% higher on the trade, and considerably lower on the starting price of the Veloster that I ended up purchasing. I ultimately made the purchase at another Hyundai dealership and saved a considerable amount of money. My last thought: I passed up trying to make a purchase at Rick Case Hyundai despite the fact that they double the already great 10 yr./100,000 mile warranty because my wife and I didn't want to have to deal with Greg a second time. More
Tim was very friendly and patient; he worked with us through out the whole process. I must say in past I had difficult times with sales when working out the deal but working with Tim it felt he was wor through out the whole process. Both Tim and Greg were very friendly and helpful. They listened to what we wanted and did their best to make it happen. I've owned cars old and new, and have even bought cars in other countries. I have never had as good an experience as I've had at Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell GA. They really take care of you. They even told me they made a mistake and took an additional $1,000 off the price of the car after I had signed off on the price!!!! Even without that, they are the BEST!! More
