When problems have arisen, as is inevitable with any car, the Rick Case team makes a true effort to resolve any problem. As long as Rick Case Hyundai can maintain the quality of customer service that it now offers, I will continue to purchase cars at this dealership and have them serviced at this dealership following the purchase. Extremely positive experience! In short - much quicker getting me in than expected, much quicker service time than expected, great perk of offering a loaner car, slightly less expensive than expected, and getting me in than expected, much quicker service time than expected, great perk of offering a loaner car, slightly less expensive than expected, and very helpful service manager. I had a window which was out of track and could not roll up. I first went to Firestone, which charged me $50 to investigate, but gave a (wrong) complex diagnosis and said only a dealer or collision center could fix it. I called around and reach Rick Case Hyundai. They, and Luis (sounds like Lou) in particular, were helpful from the start. They could get me in within an hour notice, and offered a loaner car for the day or overnight if service took longer than an hour - a perk I never expected. Once there, Luis helped me look over the car, and confirm that Firestone made things worse. Firestone had force the window up out of the track, and had not reassembled the door panel correctly. Luis at Rick Case Hyundai agreed to have service mechanic check more internally for things which would have to have been damaged at other shop too. I checked the car in for $110 diagnosis (seemed steep) and waited, assuming I'd hit an hour before they even looked at the door+window. I was wrong. I went back to Luis an hour later, and he said they had investigated, fixed it, and were just finishing putting the door back together. The original cause was a simple derailment - though Firestone also made it worse by losing internal bolts and loosening the window mechanism. In the end, Rick Case Hyundai had fixed the derailment, the loosened mechanism, replaced the bolts, and put the door back together right. They also wrote a brief description for me to be able to go back to Firestone to raise xxxx. And they waived the diagnosis fee and charged only slightly above that ($121) for the fix. Very happy with this! I'd normally not even consider brand dealerships for service, but will check them first next time (and ask for Luis!). More

I purchased my vehicle back in Nov of 2012, the sales person was OK, but kept insisting that I give him a good review on their customer survey as anything less than a 10 was a fail (on a scale of 10 out person was OK, but kept insisting that I give him a good review on their customer survey as anything less than a 10 was a fail (on a scale of 10 out of 10). When I gave the dealership less than a ten the salesperson called me up and gave me a hard time over it!! Seriously! The GM was the typical sleazy car dealership guy and the price negotiation phase was awful. I paid pretty much top dollar, and they just sent me an advertisement that the same vehicle I purchased was now $5000.00 less than what I paid! Thanks for sending me that and making me feel good about my purchase. So, buyer beware if you are buying a new car from this dealer, and stay away from Roy Barnes that man has no scruples. Then I took it in for my first servicing, the service guy told me I had rats in my garage as rodents had eaten up my wiring and insulation. I was very offending by his continued insistence that I had "rats" in my garage, and I had a pest control company out there the very next day and they found NO evidence of rodents. ho knows where they came from but please check out your engine when driving a vehicle off this lot. From sales to service this dealership is the pits, don't buy a car here you will regret it!!! More
Did the 'exchange program" on our sonata and realized that the new sonata didn't have 'homelink' available as our old sonata did.
