I had an issue with my 2012 Elantra that needed immediate attention. I called the 800 number, as I was stranded, and was advised that my car would be picked up, delivered to RC Hyundai, along with myself in tow, within the hour. I was very happy when the tow truck pulled up 20 minutes later, loaded my car and took it directly to the service dept. I was greatly impressed by the small amount of wait time! Then I received a call from Luis, my service advisor, giving me the particulars of how long the diagnosis would take, when he would call me back, ect so we could proceed with repairing the issue. Luis displays a strong knowledge of his product and recognizes the vital role of customer service. Being in the customer service industry myself, I noticed these qualities right away. Luis exhibits a pleasant, cheerful disposition, communicates with ease and has a natural flair for his position. He got back to me quickly. The repair could take more time than I thought (overnight at least) and ordering a part was necessary. I could see that Luis was trying very hard to accommodate me and offered a loaner, which I was VERY appreciative for, as I had an appointment I couldn’t miss. I had previously met the GM, Greg Gantner, so I decided to ask him for some additional help to expedite the repair. Greg, a seasoned professional, was so great and accommodating! In one quick gesture Greg handled all my problems for me. I cannot express how thankful I am for his quick thinking and problem solving tactics resolving my issues immediately. Greg, a charismatic leader, effectively maintains leadership in a group environment using a take charge attitude all the while leading by example. Also, Mike ( don’t have a last name, sorry, who works with Greg, I believe) also jumped in, making sure my issue was handled as expeditiously and painless as possible. This was not my 1st time in the service dept and each time I have had similar experiences. It appears that Greg develops a strong camaraderie among his team members and makes maximum use of the diverse talents of each team member. And, to me, that is key to the success of this dealership, TEAM WORK! Also, I would like to recognize my original salesperson Timothy Crawley. Tim makes customers feel satisfied and appreciated. He continually keeps communication going throughout the year with updates for perhaps my next new vehicle or something light just to say Happy Birthday or Happy New Year. It’s always nice to chat with Tim. He strives to improve customer satisfaction and has a no pressure aura that anyone can appreciate. So, thank you Rick Case Hyundai for such a GREAT team!! I just purchased a 2013 Veloster Turbo from Rick Case of Roswell on 05-03-13 and had one of the best experiences ever. It took a few days for me to make up my mind on what type of car I wanted, since I had several in mind and I did some test driving for a few days. The staff I dealt with was honest, not pushy and gave me the information and space I needed to make a good quality purchase. I also did adequate research before visiting the dealership, but the information I found on my own feel in line with what was provided to me there as well. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the finance rep Steven Hall also made the experience that much more pleasant and was more interested in getting me the best possible rate and payments in the range I was looking for. It’s a fun car with all of the features I wanted at a great price and most of all, the warranty Rick Case offered rocks and beat the competitor car companies I had looked at. Several of my relatives have since ridden in the car with me and also love it as well. I will recommend this dealer to friends and family, since I know they will be taken care of. I Came into the dealership to turn in my daughters leased Tuscon and either to purchase it or lease another vehicle. I had already visited another Hyundai dealership, so I knew the numbers and was prepared t Tuscon and either to purchase it or lease another vehicle. I had already visited another Hyundai dealership, so I knew the numbers and was prepared to negotiate. I was assigned to Tim Burke who was friendly and honest. He shot me straight right from the start. No nonsense here. I knew the deal that was listed on the internet for the zero down and $309/month for 36 months. I figured by the time I got tires on the car, (lol) that the deal would have been closer to $400/month. Surprisingly, the deal was solid as Greg Ganter, the manager made things fit into the lease deal for me. These guys are straight shooters. No surprises in the finance department either! That's where they usually get you. Adam Toms was great. I was in a hurry at this point and he had me in and out in fifteen minutes. I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! Highly recommend Rick Case Hyundai in Alpharetta. I have owned every make of car out there, from Mercedes, Porche, Audi, Chevy, GMC, Mazda, Toyota, Jeep, and Hyundai is a good looking, well built car, great value!
