I have a Genesis 20T and seized the engine at 42000 miles because I did not change the oil in time. I bought the car from Hyundai Mall of Georgia. The service manager there pretty much told me I was on my ow because I did not change the oil in time. I bought the car from Hyundai Mall of Georgia. The service manager there pretty much told me I was on my own, they put my car in the corner and said I had to wait a month for a new engine and pay for it all. Even my Hyundai extended warranty did not want to help. I phone Rick Case to get a second opinion . Best thing I did in a long time. David Beamer gave me some positive advice and offered to rebuild my engine for cheaper and within two weeks. David showed what customer service and care is all about. I towed my car from Mall of Georgia to Rick Case in Roswell and from then on everything just happened. David call me with updates, I did not have to call them all the time. And here is the biggest surprise, David offered me a loaner car for free, I did not ask, he offered. I am a Rick Case customer forever and will always recommend them all my friends. It just shows that dealerships does count, I know that Mall of Georgia is very good at selling you a car, but when it comes to warranty and service, they will kick you to the curb. I know I own this problem because I was negligent, but there was another case where my steering wheel started peeling soon after I purchased my car and I had to really fight to get that replaced at Mall of Georgia. Their service manager stands behind the dealership and not the customer. I went to Rick Case with a specific monthly number in mind. I figured I could only look at pre-owned cars. As part of a family of five, including three sisters all of driving age, it's been an annual Summer tradition to visit our local Hyundai to see General Sales Manager Greg Gantner. Over the past six years our family has purchased seven cars from Greg. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair, he has always worked beyond expectation to help us find cars that fit our needs. For our most recent purchase we are leasing a new Tucson, which is following up my previous Tucson's lease end. Both times I have mentioned my inclination towards Chai Bronze as an exterior color and both times Greg has gone out of his way to find the cars I wanted. Greg has come to know our family over the years and continues to personalize the experience with things he knows that each family member would enjoy in their vehicle. They were so concerned and caring about my vehicle and making sure that I wasn't waiting too long.The experience was wonderful and they made my experience wanting me to never take my car anywhere else.
