Price: "We bought it more than the price you want" - contacted former owner...complete lie - was bought 2k$ below. Tag: They forgot to take care of it - I had to remind them 1 day before expiration !!! Finance: With a high 600 credit...offer is 9.9 % APR. 10 mn later...6.9% after I declined extra coverage and haggled. A problem with your used car 4 weeks after buying it: not their problem. Defrosting did not work, a key did not open the door, part of interior lights were not working,... Not bad after a so-called inspection !!! Of course, it was never disclosed nor they are willing to fix it. Hours of haggling back and forth by mail and then...30-day / 3000 miles warranty: "we never said that - do you have a paper proving it". "It is just for cars slightly younger and about 5k miles less"...bad luck for me, of course. The price was ok (after several days of negotiation and intervention of the manager BECAUSE I had put a bad review on this site). The rest was a joke. Bought 2 cars at Honda Hennessy in the preceding months: the exact opposite: followed up, tag, service, repair...Everything could be compared. Hence, dealers could be good. Just not this Rick Case Hyundai. More
I've been to several dealerships over the past few weeks and to be quite honest, I was offered deals that my two year old daughter wouldn't sign off on. Either the car was old, almost 200k miles on i weeks and to be quite honest, I was offered deals that my two year old daughter wouldn't sign off on. Either the car was old, almost 200k miles on it and the interest rate was astronomical. At the eleventh hour on a Sunday afternoon I went into the dealership @ $4:00 PM on a Sunday afternoon. I left with a great offer to consider and a loaner. After submitting some documents and having the knowledgable sales team work with myself and the bank the deal was done by 8:00 PM Monday evening. Sign, drive, and receive excellent customer service (I'm with it). What they promised me on Sunday; they delivered on Monday...Done! Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell you rate a 10! More

GREAT dealership... Looking forward to many years with them. The 20 year 200000 mile warranty was a BIG reason for my walking through the door but once I was there I had a GREAT experience with Anthony De them. He was SO patient and found the car I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. He was patient for 2 weeks before I finally made it to the dealership and I hope it was worth the effort because I feel I received a GREAT deal. You were very gracious when I met you, and I can see that the people you employ at your dealerships are the same way. I want to relay an experience I had at your Roswell Hyundai location. I now reside in North Georgia and in the past week or so my wife and I have been car shopping. On Monday night I found myself at a Hyundai dealer (not yours) about an hour and change away from the house. I was really there due to the fact that Blackbook.com sent this dealership a lead with my name and phone number and email address. I called that dealership before driving out there to relay some of my circumstances (credit score, negative equity in present vehicle, monthly pymt requirement, and not a lot to put down, and my own credit union doing the financing). Without making this an overly long story, they ruined any chance they had of ever having me as a customer at any of their dealerships, and they have a ton of them. On a whim, I was passing by your dealership in Roswell on my way home from work yesterday afternoon, and decided to stop by and see if I could find the car my wife liked and talk about the circumstances I mentioned above without wasting the time of anybody involved (your staff and myself, and especially my wife). Your sales associate Anthony Gainer, welcomed me, and listened to what I had to say. He understood completely that I was so sick and tired of playing the game most dealers play. He took me inside, sat me down at his desk and called Will Barnes your GM. I explained the situation to Mr. Barnes, and within 30 minutes, every one of my requirements were met and completely satisfied. Even exceeded for that matter. I was planning on buying an Elantra for my wife, and ended up buying a Sonata. I left the dealership to go pick up my wife so she could pick the car she wanted. I came back to start and complete the deal, and was treated with so much respect. I cannot explain how good it felt to be treated that way. I am truly grateful for the way they treated me. No pressure, no trickery, just straight forward respect. None of this, “well, we got him in the door, he is ours now” like most dealerships. When I returned with my wife to actually pick the car she liked, Will had gone for the day and Darren Davidson was present. The courteousness and respect just continued as if I had never left. I have bought many cars in my 45 years on this earth, and I have to say that, what I experienced last night was by far the most pleasant situation at a car dealership I have ever come across. Your team was head over heels the best sales team I have ever dealt with. I don’t want to leave off the accolades your Finance Manager Steve hall deserves also. He was more than willing to work with my financial institution and clearly explained everything involved with the money portion of the transaction. I wanted to make sure you knew that, I will undoubtedly refer this dealership and your brand name to anyone that is willing to listen. I took my 2012 Hyundai Elantra in for service. I was not expecting to have so many problems, but Megan helped me to recognize the problems with my car and let me know what I needed to fix those problems. I recently bought a 2010 Genesis from Tim at Rick Case Roswell. It took me 2 weeks to make a decision on the car, and along the way, Tim was helpful and checked in occasionally (but never pushy). I greatly appreciated his professionalism which ultimately led to the purchase. He also quickly took care of 2 items that needed to be fixed in the car AFTER I already bought it. I look forward to being a long-term customer of Tim and the team at Rick Case. More
