The first person i saw, Tim Burke, greeted me and led me to the car I was there to see. After letting me test drive, I was more in love with the car, but didn't wanted to make any major decisions yet. Both Tim and Will did a great job giving me a lot of information about the car without pressuring me in to buying it. A few hours later, I showed back up to the dealership ready to make a deal. With this being my first car in my own name, never would I have thought the process could have been so easy. I planned to be stuck at the dealership for hours that night. With the help of both Will and Tim, they made the process quick and simple. I was able to get the exact payments of what I was wanting to pay monthly without a problem. The car not to mention was spotless and perfect when I drove it home with me that night. I was highly considering a Honda Accord prior to seeing the Hyundai Sonada, but I immediately decided to purchase the Sonada after seeing the added value. I drove by New Year's Day, saw the used cars upfront and saw a 2011 Genesis I liked. I went home that evening, got online to research the vehicle before deciding to go the next day to test drive it. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Tim Burke. He asked me if anyone else had helped me because if so, he would get them for me because that's how they make things fair with their sales. I told him I had a 2007 Tahoe I was going to trade in and was a little upside down on. The General Manager, Will, told me they couldn't get me in the used vehicle I wanted but they could get me in a new vehicle. WOO HOO!!! I test drove a 2013 Sonata Hybrid and loved it. They got my payment where I wanted it to be, which made me very happy, so needless to say, I went home in it that night. I prefer having a sunroof in my vehicles and this car didn't have one but they had one installed for me. Will and Tim made car buying a fun experience, they are both extremely friendly and make you feel like they've known you for years. I'm loving not going to the gas station to fill up as frequently as I was having to do with my Tahoe and the gas mileage is phenomenal!!!! Tim is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, explains everything to you and answers any questions you may have.
