OUTSTANDING SERVICE I went into the Rick Case Hyundai-Roswell store to get maintenance performed on my 2012 Hyundai Tuscon. As I was waiting for service on my vehicle, I I went into the Rick Case Hyundai-Roswell store to get maintenance performed on my 2012 Hyundai Tuscon. As I was waiting for service on my vehicle, I noticed a sign about the Hyundai trade in event. After I read the sign, about ten minutes later, Henry came into the service center and went over the program. Mind you that I WAS NOT looking for a new vehicle, so out of curiosity, I went with Henry. Next thing I know I am buying a new Hyundai 2014 Tuscon! LOL Henry is the best as far as knowledge and client service and I only hope that you have many, many Henry's within the dealership! We asked if we could do a credit application over internet. About an hour later Chase called us with the approval. We got a great deal on the car and better rate than we have on our house. Since we live in Buford and we just sold out car it was a real inconvenience to drive all the way to Roswell Chase offered to send the car to us with the paper work! Those are the things that in today’s market win over a client! I don’t buy high priced items over the internet but Chase have made us feel good about this transaction so we agreed He even helped us getting all the information to our insurance agent Within few hours salesperson who was just as nice as Chase pulled on our driveway in our new 2010 Acura ! Loyal Customer I bought my first Hyundai Sonata from Rick Case in 2011. It was pre-owned, but to me it was brand new. The salesman treated me with respect, as did the finance department and the service department. The amount I spent didn't matter. They cared that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. All my service was done at the same dealership. The coupons that were mailed to me, were a great reminder and helped me save money! The service center waiting area provided a great place for me relax or use my laptop for work. Always very clean with plenty of vending options. The 2014 inclement weather in Atlanta stranded many motorists. I am so proud to say that, although I was stuck on I75 for eleven hours, my full tank of gas lasted and my car remained steady in solid ice conditions. I watched as other vehicles, specifically made for ice and snow, struggled. It was clear that my dream to own a BMW would remain exactly that - a dream. The reality is, I want a car with superior handling performance under any circumstances. In March 2014, I was going in for routine maintenance. I decided to stop by the show room floor, and I met Tim Burke. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and by listening to what I wanted in a car, helped me find my brand new 2014 Hyundai Sonata. One month after purchasing my brand new 2014 Hyundai Sonata, I was rear ended. The other driver was in a Mercedes Kompressor, and their hood was completely smashed in, rendering the vehicle unable to be driven. My bumper came loose. Clearly I am driving a tank in disguise. The fact that my car was between the Mercedes that rear ended me, and the small car that was in front of me, probably saved lives. The team at Rick Case Hyundai, specifically Tim Burke, is truly focused on customer service. There is a plaque in the lobby that acknowledges they are aware customers have done their research, and have many dealerships and options from which to choose. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD I requested multiple quotes from about 4 Hyundai dealers in Metro Atlanta and Aubrea is the only one that got back immediately with a price as everyon I requested multiple quotes from about 4 Hyundai dealers in Metro Atlanta and Aubrea is the only one that got back immediately with a price as everyone else tried to get me to come into their dealership and discuss prices which I did not have time to do. After his initial offer I let him know that I had a better offer and then he immediately gave me the lowest price he could sell the car for and said if anyone beats that price then take it because they are either willing to take a loss on the car or they are offering rebates that I may not even qualify for. Turns out, he was absolutely right. They quoted me using a military discount and Hyundai loyalty cash for trading in a Hyundai so I was not eligible for either which made their price on par with Aubrea's quote. After that it came down to 3 things that made me decide to go to Rick Case in Roswell and that was the bait and switch tactic of the other dealer, Aubrea's honesty and also the Perk that all Rick Case Hyundai buyers receive which is the doubling of the standard 10 year/100,000 mile power train warranty to 20 years/200,000 miles for free! No other Hyundai dealer in the area offers this for free, you have to purchase it and it will likely cost you somewhere between $1000-$2000 dollars depending on how much they are willing to negotiate it. With that being said if you have multiple offers on a Hyundai and they are within a few hundred dollars of each other then this free warranty alone is reason enough that you should head over and see Aubrea at Rick Case. Once you get there you will then find that everyone is extremely nice whether they are helping you directly or not. The whole process was flawless from start to finish. There were no surprises when sitting down to complete the sales paperwork or Financing. They also were able to locate a vehicle with the exact color, interior and options my wife wanted as it was not in stock on their lot. Aubrea located one and had it delivered from another dealer within a few days. He also took the time to go over the features of the car and made sure we did not have any questions before leaving with the car and said to not hesitate to call his cell if we did. Bottom line is that if you are interested in a Hyundai then Rick Case should be on your short list of who to contact. Call and ask for Aubrea, he'll take care of you. More
