AMAZING I have been hearing nothing but good things about Hyundai's these days!!! I have been looking for something with good gas mileage and dependable. Someone recommended I go to Rick Case in Roswell and how happy I am they did!!! I am a restaurant manager and I know the importance of great customer service. Rick Case definitely delivered!!!! From the moment I spoke with Aubrea Carriger on the phone until he handed me my keys to my AMAZING 2014 Hyundai Sonata I was impressed!!!! I don't believe there was one person that didn't come up and speak to us while we were there!!! The entire staff was very friendly!!!! I would highly highly recommend Rick Case of Roswell, especially Aubrea to anyone!!!! A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO CHASE CHANNELL!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Couldn't have been easier I'll be honest. I've never been a huge fan of pushy salesmen. They irritate me. One time at A furniture store the salesman kept following me around af I'll be honest. One time at A furniture store the salesman kept following me around after I asked him to leave me alone and let me browse and he continued to stalk me. I ended up leaving and haven't been back since. So when my 14 year old car was about to die, I dreaded the whole car buying process mainly because I'd have to deal with "pushy salesamen" (or so I thought) I found an SUV that I liked and made an appt. to test drive it with Brandon. He was very polite, answered all of my questions, was not pushy AT ALL. And the finance guy, Shayne, had us in and out in no time. After everything was signed, keys in hand, and I was about to drive off, Shayne came to the parking lot to tell be he just got word that another lender had a lower interest rate and offered to reprint the paperwork and have me resign it. He could have easily let me drive off, but he didn't. That, to me, really shows how much hey care for their customers. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. More

All of the staff made sure that my husband felt comfortable and at ease, but he was particularly impressed with Malcolm's professional manner. The thought of visiting a showroom and spending hours in the grind of making a deal. Instead as mentioned the experience was quite the opposite. I did my research on the internet for months prior to taking the plunge of contacting a dealer. I had quizzed many Hyundai owners and after relocating to Georgia got a few recommendations regarding the best dealership to approach. Having been a BMW 7 series owner for a few years I decided on the Genesis 4.6 was the car for me. Many hours on the computer revealed Rick Case Hyundai had the best selection and price to choose from. To my surprise after my brother suggested I jump on the vehicle we both reviewed, I sent an email of interest which Tim Crawley answered. During the course of our first conversation Tim proposed to bring the vehicle to me to look over and test drive due my tight schedule. Being a 36 year California resident and trans plant, this was unheard! The rest as they say is history. I was contacted by Shayne Schilling who got me approved at reasonable financing without stressing me out. I then made one visit to the dealership in Roswell, Ga. with no haggling during that time and ultimately purchased the car my brother and I reviewed. It was a tremendous pleasure to drive away from the Rick Case dealership and my OLD BMW with a big smile on my face. More

Tim was fantastic, very professional and very detailed as we went through the vehicles. There was never a great rush or tons of pressure to make a decision and take action. Tim did a great job getting to know our needs and wants and used that to help guide us to the vehicle that we felt most comfortable with purchasing. As to the negotiations the process was great. I shared with Tim where we wanted to be on the purchase price and payments and he took that to the management team for consideration. They were able to get to the point we needed WITHOUT the games that many dealers play. This was a huge factor in the decision to purchase from Rick Case. I would and am recommending both Tim and Rick Case Hyundai to anyone I speak to in search of a car. We are not only happy, but would purchase here again. Great job, don't change a thing. More
