a refreshing dealership experience! we recently traded in our audi a4 to get a newer car for a daily driver. i had been searching everywhere for the 're:mix' edition of the hyundai velos we recently traded in our audi a4 to get a newer car for a daily driver. i had been searching everywhere for the 're:mix' edition of the hyundai veloster because of it's unique look. after searching for MONTHS on auto trader, i finally stumbled upon one they had at Rick Case. well on a whim me & my husband decided to go look at it. they were prompt scheduling an appointment to come look at it, as well as totally nice about the fact that we showed up a day earlier on a whim to look at it. after realizing that the special edition of the veloster wasn't what i had hoped, or wanted. malcolm burden (dealer who worked with us) went ABOVE & BEYOND to find the perfect veloster for me. we went through at least three other lots in the area to look for the perfect one (due to my pickiness on color, wheels, interior, sunroof, turbo or not, basically i was being VERY hard to please!) malcolm was super nice, and overwhelmingly helpful and willing to help us with any small thing to help me find my perfect fit in a veloster. well after arriving at around 5 and searching & nitpicking until 8, we finally decided on the first one we looked at (awful i know ahaha) then we began the trade in & financing, blah blah blah process...and it went as smoothly as it could have. they were absolutely amazing at making sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed as well as making sure everything was perfect with the car before we drove away, on a Thursday night they stayed over an hour after closing just to help us finish up so we could travel back to our town almost two hours away. i cannot begin to express how amazing their warranties, customer service, quality of vehicles, exceptional care, & just all around how comfortable i felt in a what has been a terrible experience for me in other car dealerships. i cannot recommend them enough for the surrounding area, as well as if you may have to drive a little out of the way! they are more than worth it, if you go request Malcolm Burden he was a lifesaver for us, and i'm so in love with my new car! with their warranties & exceptional service i know i'll love it for many years to come :) More

Great Sales Experience (Aubrea Carriger) @ Great Dealership I have to admit that it is refreshing in this day and age to find an honest and customer focused car sales person. Minutes after I submitted an email I have to admit that it is refreshing in this day and age to find an honest and customer focused car sales person. Minutes after I submitted an email to the Rick Case Hyundai dealership (Roswell, GA) regarding a vehicle that I found online I received a call from Aubrea Carriger (Internet Sales Manager) offering his assistance. After speaking to him I decided to drive to the dealership to look at this vehicle. However during my almost 1.5 hour trip to the car dealer Aubrea called me immediately after finding out that the vehicle I was interested in had just sold. Something about Aubrea inspired trust in me (which is not typical) and I decided to visit the dealership anyway. Aubrea was literally waiting for me at the entrance of the dealership with a warm smile and friendly handshake and was ready to show me several other vehicles within my price range. My 12 year old daughter and I spent over three hours at the dealership and not once did Aubrea ever make me feel pressured to make a purchase. Instead I could tell that his focus was on helping me find the right vehicle that fell within the budget I allocated for a new car. Once I decided to purchase a vehicle, I learned that Adam Toms (Finance Manager who was also very professional and helpful) was extremely busy and that we would have to wait for a while. In the meantime my 12 year old daughter started repeating that she was starving. To my complete delight Aubrea ordered a pizza pie (delivered right to the dealership) for my daughter (at his cost) and continually apologized for the dely. Eventually we took care of the financing and as I pulled out of the Rick Case Hyundai dealership in my new Hyundai, with my daughter by my side eating her pizza with a big smile, I felt that I had just dealt with one of the most professional and kind hearted sales man I have ever found in any dealership. Aubrea was extremely thorough in answering all of my questions and on several occasions doubled checked with his colleagues to make sure the information he provided was accurate. I highly recommend the Rick Case Hyundai dealership in Roswell GA and especially Aubrea Carriger, Internet Sales Manager the next time you are in the market for new car. More
