From the moment that I walked up to the dealership a salesman named Malcolm introduced himself and asked if he could help us. We said that we had an appointment with Mark and he took us right to him with out any regrets. Malcolm even asked our children if they or us wanted any thing to drink, and got the kids a soda. Once meeting Mark we started looking at the car we wanted and took it for a test drive with the kids and my Wife. on the trip Mark explained all the buttons and abilities of the car. Mark voiced that he also owned the Sonata and loved it. We knew what we wanted and the price range that we wanted to be in before we got there. During the negotiations Mark went to the GM once then twice with what we wanted. When he came back the numbers were perfect with what we wanted. Then came the financing, Adam helped us through that process and got us the best interest rate and payment. We really did our home work and looked around for private financing and they got us the better rate and deal. Mark was great from the call I gave him in the morning he talked with me at length and even followed up with me when I was running late due to the kids. He was not pushy at all. He sat with me and my son after in the car and set up my blue tooth and had me work all the controls and BlueLink to make sure I understood my new car before I left. Like I said if your shopping for a Hyundai ask for Mark and go to Rick Case in Roswell and you will be taken care of. Thank you Mark and the whole team at Rick Case!!!! More

My experience at Rick Case Hyundai, Roswell, GA. In May I started shopping around for a vehicle and started to focus on a Sonata. I went to KBB and TrueCar.com. I met Malcolm Burden through TrueCar In May I started shopping around for a vehicle and started to focus on a Sonata. I went to KBB and TrueCar.com. I met Malcolm Burden through TrueCar.com. We were communicating via email until I drove my fire truck to the dealership. I introduced myself to Malcolm so we both could put a face to our names. I immediately felt very comfortable with him. On Tuesday of this week someone drove into the fire station parking lot with a Genesis. That started me thinking. After 45 years I told myself I deserve that car. This morning at 1130 my wife and I arrived at the dealership. Malcolm was waiting for us and my wife was very comfortable with him. Malcolm gave me the keys to drive the Sonata Turbo however I advised Malcolm I wanted to see the Genesis with the Technology and Premium Package. I picked the car now my wife had to pick the color. Malcolm took us to the parking areas where the cars are parked. The 3rd area was where my wife picked the Night Shadow Brown Mica. Once we arrived back at the dealership my wife left for home. It took some time before delivery of the car but the end was worth it. I could not even stay to have Malcolm show me how to use everything so I’ll come back Sunday for my introduction lesson. The bottom line is Malcolm may be a good salesman but he is a true gentlemen and your dealership is very lucky to have such an individual working there. I forgot to mention I hate going into car dealers. Rick Case Hyundai is an exception thanks to Malcolm. I also must say that Darren was very helpful with the financial details. We became part of the Rick Case Hyundai family Unlike an Atlanta resident who may consider "Rick Case " a household name, we drove from western NC discovering this dealership without any direct mar Unlike an Atlanta resident who may consider "Rick Case " a household name, we drove from western NC discovering this dealership without any direct marketing influence. We were in search of a more youthful replacement of our much-loved, but aging, '98 Lexus. Outside of pictures, a Hyundai Genesis had never been seen, much less driven. Along with Lexus, it was being considered based on research and reviews. First impressions of the dealership were attractive, clean, though not huge by some standards, certainly a well-stocked and positioned new and used car inventory. Inside was equally inviting as we were warmly welcomed by Sales Consultant, Brandon. He was knowledgeable of his product inventory and soon had us test-driving an experienced Genesis. Though we had driven to Atlanta to buy a black exterior/ cream colored interior vehicle - matching the old Lexus - Brandon had us admiring and soon writing up a purchase agreement for a white Genesis with a brown saddle interior. The business end of the visit was handled by Darren who was knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and made the money-end of things hassle-free. The process of buying a car with the help of Brandon and Darren made the entire experience a real pleasure...even the day after when this is being written. We feel adopted into the Rick Case family with this recent purchase and would certainly recommend it. More
