Jason greeted us on the lot when we arrived and was so helpful with answering all of our numerous questions and did not pressure us to purchase anything at all. He was simply just friendly and incredibly helpful despite knowing we wouldn't be buying that day. We held onto his business card and a few months later we decided to go back to Rick Case Hyundai. This time we came knowing we would be buying very soon, but really just had intentions to see what the value of our car would be as a trade-in. We saw Jason again as we pulled up and he remembered our names and exactly what we were looking for from months before. He again blew us away with his friendliness and excellent customer service. We spent several hours there that day and ended up falling in love with a Marlin Blue Santa Fe Sport Turbo. It is absolutely the perfect vehicle for us! We can't thank Jason enough for not just selling us a car, but for actually taking the time to make sure we found OUR car based on our needs and desires. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I went to the dealership for an oil change and to tweak the electronics in my 2012 Hyundai Veloster on Monday. I had NO intention of buying a new car I went to the dealership for an oil change and to tweak the electronics in my 2012 Hyundai Veloster on Monday. I had NO intention of buying a new car. I was greeted at the coffee machine by a nice gentleman named Henry Stokes. He helped me get a cup of coffee and asked if I had heard about the car swap program. I had, but I told him I was not interested. He suggested we drive a couple of cars and work the numbers just to see if I had the best deal I could have. Why not? I had some time to kill. Long story short, I ended up with a 2013 Veloster, six speed and style package with a 10 year 100k bumper to bumper warranty, along with a 20 year/200k power train warranty - all this for a LOWER PAYMENT! Since I generally keep my cars for about 10 years, I LOVED the warranties! Henry's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile, was a pleasure to deal with! As a woman, I have walked out of a dealership before due to the arrogance of a salesman. Ladies, let this man earn your business! He is the best! More

Good experience Needed to buy a new car and was looking for the AWD Santa FE with third row seating. Happened to stop by Rick Case and they had a car that would fit our needs. It did not have all the items wanted but between Henry and Roger, they were able to make a fair deal. Only thing I would say that could be improved is right after the deal was finalized I was left to sit for about an hour while waiting for the finance side of things. Also, it would be nice if there was a more detailed description of all the items on the car and more info in regards to warranty and service needs. All in all, Rick Case did have the best customer service compared to the 10 other dealers I visited in the two days looking for a car. Would recommend them and will look at them when it comes time for our next vehicle. More
