Unexpected car purchase I was at Rick Case Hyundai getting my 2005 Sonata worked on, and waiting for a rental car. Henry Stokes walked by me and asked if I was taken care of. I was at Rick Case Hyundai getting my 2005 Sonata worked on, and waiting for a rental car. Henry Stokes walked by me and asked if I was taken care of. I said yes. He came through the opposite direction some time later. He asked me what was going on with my car. I explained, in a shortened version, about the check engine light issues with my car and that I was waiting for the rental car company to get some cars in so I could get to work. He must have picked up on my frustration with dealing with my car. He asked me to come to the sales floor with him. I did. We sat down and I explained in a lot more detail about the history of my car's issues. He told me he wanted me to leave with a positive experience., He said "I want you to drive to work in a new car today and I am willing to do whatever it takes to make this happen". He then asked me if I had a monthly payment in mind. I said $200 - $250. He showed me a few cars and I fell in love with the 2014 Hyundai Accent. Henry made me an offer I couldn't refuse! I have bought a lot of cars in my time(most of them at least 10 years old due to my money situation) and I have had issues with most o f them. Henry set my mind at ease and I got a great car. I now have a great car, with a great warranty and I don't have to worry about car issues. Thanks Henry for the best "unexpected"car buying experience I have ever had!! More

Poor customer service provide by Chase Channell Chase Channell, General Sales Manager, quoted me a price for a new car that fit my budget for trading in my existing Sonata for a newer model. Unfortu Chase Channell, General Sales Manager, quoted me a price for a new car that fit my budget for trading in my existing Sonata for a newer model. Unfortunately the price was not honored when I filled out the paperwork in Finance. I was told that the price was actually $100 higher per month ($6,000 in total) and that Chase made a mistake in the email quote he sent me. I left the dealership without a new car and Chase never once apologized to me or came in to personally speak with me. I have sent an email complaining of my experience as I am an existing customer (I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership) but I haven't heard from Chase. I have had positive experiences with this dealership in the past but Chase Chanell has provided horrible Customer Service this time. More

He seemed more interested in helping us get what we wanted than pushing us to buy what he had to sell. After a quick, open and honest negotiation and contract process, we are now the proud owners of a beautiful car. I have heard the commercial for years, "Thanks Rick Case", always assuming it was just the typical advertising. Well, today, a happy customer, I know it is more than just words in an ad. Thanks Rick Case (and Charlie and Shayne). I will be back to see you next time I am in the market to buy a car. More

He asked me to walk to the showroom floor, I did. I figured nothing wrong with looking. We sat at his desk he asked me if he could put me in a new car with no money down and no payments for two months would I be interested? When I got home my daughter asked how do you leave home going to have a physical for work to buying a new car? I told her she would have to ask Mr. Henry Stokes, she asked who is that? I said the best car salesman at Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell Georgia. THANKS HENRY!!! More

I loved all my Audi's (90CS Sport Quattro, A6 2.7T, A4 Quattro) and VW's (Passat After 20+ years in Audi and VW's I figured it was time for a change. I loved all my Audi's (90CS Sport Quattro, A6 2.7T, A4 Quattro) and VW's (Passat, Passat Wagon, Phaeton) as they are well built and engineered vehicles. I have been watching Hyundai over the years gobble the market with strong sales, creating high demand innovative vehicles all while improving quality and value with each new model. The first Genesis caught my eye but was not sold on it just yet. The Equus also intrigued me with the 'under dog' luxury feeling but did not want the added cost with fuel, insurance and payment. Once I saw the 2015 Genesis I knew I should stand up and pay attention. Incredible value, fit and finish, materials and thoughtful touches. Once I was sold on the 2015 Genesis I then determined I needed to purchase with Rick Case in Roswell. My overall experience with Darren and Anthony was superb. I did my research online and when I inquired with Darren and Anthony they were quick to respond and assist. When I did visit the dealership for a test drive I found a very untypical sales approach which was refreshing. I was NOT attacked upon getting out of my car. I was able to walk freely outside without someone running outside asking for assistance. When I did go inside the show room I was greeted by several friendly people. Since I had an online rapport with Darren and Anthony I went to them for a test drive. There was NO pressure with the typical question from the sales and management team of....'What can we do to get you in that car today?' That is an immediate turn off and I would have walked out right then and there. When I started negotiating with Anthony and Darren it was an easy and painless process. I did not experience the back and forth at all. As I started talking financing with Darren I knew I was not going to do any better anywhere else. Since I was not prepared to purchase the vehicle that day they held the car for me and until the next day when I did all the paperwork. Anthony performed the delivery process and was very knowledgeable and thorough with all the numerous features of the car. Anthony also set up my Blue Link account and customized some features. Overall a wonderful and painless experience!! Ask for Anthony and Darren as you will not be disappointed. More
