I came in with pre-financing so after deciding on the car I wanted, I was ready to go! Anthony suggested letting their finance team try to get me a better rate. I am glad listened, Adam Toms did a great job to get my rate lower so I could add on the Advance Protection for the inside and paint on the car without making my payments outside my budget! Anthony then spent time helping me with programming my Bluetooth, completing my registration and adding BlueLink. This was my first purchase at Rick Case Hyundai Roswell and will highly recommend Anthony and this dealership. You have to agree Rick Case doubling the Hyundai warranty (20 yrs - 200,000 miles) is a great reason to refer friends and family! Santa Fe All the Way! We've owned a used 2009 Santa Fe Limited we bought at Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell in 2011. Fantastic car - loved its style, handling, power and featu We've owned a used 2009 Santa Fe Limited we bought at Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell in 2011. Fantastic car - loved its style, handling, power and features. Took it in for routine servicing on 8-21-14 (oil change and rear brakes). While in the lounge I noticed there was an upgrade program. So I looked into it with salesman Henry Stokes. We ended up taking a test drive in a new 2014 Santa Fe 2.0T and were absolutely amazed at how upscale everything was compared to our 2009. The front seats were much more comfortable and it was outfitted with an incredible array of tech features (which we will be weeks learning how to operate everything). Buy or lease? My wife and I have not had a "brand new" vehicle in over 20 years. (We thought "new car smell" only came out of a mist bottle at the car wash.) We met with Business Manager Darren Davidson (awesome person) and looked at our options. We ended up doing a 4 year lease with no down. We have only logged about 120 miles on it so far but it is certainly an UPGRADE. Every one of our friends and family who have seen it want to also sit in it and can't believe the looks, features and quality. One even said it was better than his BMW.
