The best car buying experience I've ever had! Rick Case Hyundai has some of the best employees at its Roswell,GA location. I dealt with Henry Stokes to originally purchase a new Veloster Turbo. That didn't end up working out and I ended up with a beautiful 2010 Genisis Coupe 2.0 Rspec Edition. Henry was very knowledgeable about the cars, extremely helpful when it came to specific questions I had about the cars and the loan process there and overall just a genuinely sincere and great person. Not your typical "used car salesman" type at all! I loved this because I hate being pressured or feeling like I am being pressured into anything. Henry did not once make me feel that way. He made me feel very at ease about the whole process and generally made the whole thing very simple. He is a hilarious person with a booming personality and just kept making me laugh and laugh the whole time! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would tell them to go straight to Henry Stokes! More

Purchasing a vehicle Charlie Herrera went above and beyond to help us find a car! We then met him at the dealership the next day and the customer service we received was OUTSTANDING! From Charlie Herrera to Adam Toms in finance, we were extremely pleased and satisfied with the entire experience! There was no "wheeling a dealing" from anyone which is typical at most dealerships. Mark Thompson is the best I brought my car in today for a recall and oil change. They determined I also needed a brake job.
