Satifised Customer... I had been in the market searching for a vehicle. I had gone to several car dealerships and just hadn't any luck with locating a vehicle and the custo I had been in the market searching for a vehicle. I had gone to several car dealerships and just hadn't any luck with locating a vehicle and the customer service had been horrible in some incidents. Well, I was online looking for a vehicle and I found one at Rick Case in Roswell. So I gave the dealership a call and I was blessed with a young man named Alex on the other end of the telephone. I told him why I was calling and he told my phone number and name and told me that when I arrived just asked for him and he would take very good care of me. And I am writing this note to say, "he did just that". From the time I arrived in the parking lot to the time I left, the experience was superb and was "class act". Alex and the store manager, Will, demonstrated #1 Customer Service, they made me felt special and that they cared about my purchase. I never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. We were treated like family, no pressure and met expectations way beyond expected. Customer service is the best ever! They even delivered my car to me in FL, 4 days later. We new we wanted pre-owned vehicles that were reliable and safe for our family but had a budget and wanted to stay within it. My dear friend Alex mentioned she knew the Sales Manager personally and that's all I needed to hear. Alex has been like a family member to us caring for our puppy and treating her like gold. We drove into the dealership and Charlie spent a great amount of time listening to our needs and worked with my wife to find two vehicles that fit the bill. Both vehicles turned out to need a battery replaced free of charge and Charlie made arrangements with the Sales Manager Matt to bring a loaner to my home and service each vehicle and return them to my home. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during the whole experience. I ended up for a '13 Sonata. They made everything extremely easy for me, which was great since it was my first time buying a car on my own. Whenever I get my next vehicle, I will definitely be returning when I need my next car.
