Great Buying Experience Mark was our salesperson and he was really great. I called earlier in the day to check on a specific vehicle. He let me know it was still available and answered my questions and set up a time to see it that day. Upon meeting him in person he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. Our process took a little long which I guess is expected when getting a car but with two children in tow it seemed like forever. Mark was very personable and even entertained the kids for a while. My son even wants to come back and visit "Mr. Mark". Anthony worked with my husband on the finance side. He said he was very nice and helpful in that process which we truly appreciate. And to top it off I don't think you can beat Rick Case's prices and the warranty they offer on almost all of the vehicles on the lot. I would highly recommend this dealership. I love my new Santa Fe! I'd already walked on two dealerships earlier that morning and visited two the day before and I was most comfortable with him and he treated me the best by far. We came to terms on first negotiation so I didn't have to do any lengthy haggling. They had to get the vehicle I chose from another dealer but instead of giving me a so so loaner, I got a fully loaded Santa Fe which I almost didn't want to bring back. It was just a great experience. More
