They have a no pressure, here to serve the customer attitude. The atmosphere is nice as well. You can tell the staff enjoys working there. The sales representatives I had were Ryan Tatum and Mark Thompson. They were both very professional, but not stiff. By the end of it they seemed more like friends just trying to help me decide what choice was best for me than sales people. Everyone I had contact with made me feel comfortable and went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of. I was given a thorough tutorial of the car and its features. They answered every one of my many questions and never made me feel like an annoyance. I purchased my first Hyundai from another dealership. Rick Case blew the other dealership out of the water!!! Needless to say, I will not be purchasing another Hyundai from any other dealership other than Rick Case again!!! Their quality of service is incredible! I had a family member with me at the time of purchase who only drives high dollar luxury vehicles, changes them every two years and always has multiple at a time... all this to say he has quite a bit of experience in car dealerships. He was extremely impressed and even said that he has never received the level of service I was given from any of the dealerships he has been to! Unexpected Quality of Service I recently relocated to Alpharetta, GA for my work. I have now been here for a little over a year, and I have had Hyundai as my vehicle of choice for I recently relocated to Alpharetta, GA for my work. I have now been here for a little over a year, and I have had Hyundai as my vehicle of choice for almost 3 years now. I own a Hyundai Veloster and I usually take my car to get serviced at the dealership. I had about 6-7 months left on my lease for the 2013 Veloster I was driving. As I was waiting in the service area, Henry greeted everyone in the waiting area and asked if anyone wanted information on new vehicles. I had already been thinking about it so I said, "Sure why not?" About an hour later, after running some numbers and speaking with management, he was able to make a deal where I could lease a brand new 2015 Veloster Turbo R-Spec (a significant upgrade from my 2013 style package Veloster) with no money down and no increase in my monthly payment. I honestly never would have thought it possible, but they made it happen. I was only there for about 2 hours total, and I was already waiting for my previous car while it was being serviced anyway, so I did not waste any extra time. I just got my care delivered this morning, and I love it!!! Both management and the sales team treated me with the highest respect and provided the highest quality of service I have ever experienced at any car dealership. More
