The Manager, William Barnes, was excessable to us, as clients, within the first twenty minutes. The Sales Team of Mark Thompson and James Grasso provided us with excellent, professional, friendly, service. Both Salesmen were assertive without being Pushy. Our Hyundai Santa Fe had low miles, was well maintained, and able to receive a power train warranty, plus additional service warranties. There was a "Notable" atmosphere of "Excellence in Service" which was consistent with the entire sales staff as they walked throughout the Sales Department. A neighboring competitor in Sandy Springs lost our business due to a lack of "focused team Cohesiveness " and a desire to serve the customer. Their Salesman was Professional, the Sales Manager was nice, but there was a communication breakdown which affected the service. Rick Case has a fantastic media presence.
