I went to over 20 + dealers and had some really poor experiences. At the end of the day most dealers have the same cars and you can get them to about the same price. I think what makes a dealership different is their staff and how comfortable you are dealing with them. I worked with Ben and he was absolutely amazing. I never felt pressured, he was knowledgable, easy going and made the whole process of buying a car very easy. His customer service was outstanding. I was unable to get to the dealership to pick up my car and Ben drove 45 minutes one way to pick me up. I also worked with Darren in finance. What I appreciated about Darren was his honesty and how straight forward he was about all in costs. He never pressured me to buy. He was also able to get me a great rate for financing. After I bought my car I brought it to an outside mechanic to inspect it, and he said the car was in pristine condition and there was not a single complaint. He said I bought a great car. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for their quality of cars, but more importantly their service. More
