I was contacted by Mark Thompson after I had been looking at new cars on their website. I wasn't quite ready to buy at that point, just starting to look, and told Mark so. He was not pushy at all and we spoke a couple more times on the phone so he could get an idea of what I was looking for. He did not oversell at all. He made an effort to understand our needs and get us the car that suited them. The day we did go to the dealership to look at cars he made sure he had several available for us to consider and did his best to get the car at the price we could afford. He went over the details of the car in depth and pointing out differences in the car we selected and our older Tucson. He spent a good amount of time making sure I was comfortable with the features of the car, some of which were knew to me. He told us about the services offered at the dealership, the warranties, etc. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who wants a no pressure but highly informed sales consultant! More

I was in a hurry, probably more of a hurry than your average customer (I had a 2 and 5yr old I had to pick up from school). They both were very efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and respectful of my situation. Darren was open to speaking with my husband via the phone to assure him I was getting a great deal. Upon my arrival the following day for a tutorial of my car and how all the features worked Charlie Herrera was amazing. Such a breath of fresh air to work with.
