I had previously done my research so I knew what model I was interested in as well as the options. One of my main concerns was getting a great deal and not spending the entire day at the dealership. James made himself available via phone, email and text so that we could get so much done. He explained the terms for each of my preferred options in a very clear and concise way. The only thing left for me to do was to come to the dealership look at the car I'd chosen, make sure it met my approval and sign the financial documents. Easy Peezy, Lemon Squeezy! My intention was to only look at some models, but when I was presented with the amazing deal I was, I couldn't help but to drive off in my new '15 Sonata, and couldn't be happier with my decision, as well as the experience as a whole.
