I was very pleased with service and the great professionalism he had while working with me. Heather was also an exceptional service associate and helped me greatly with getting my car problem checked out without taking a great deal of time. She helped me to figure out my warranty information and set up my next appointment to fix my vehicles problems. This was a great visit for me and I will be using this service center again. More

My wife did the initial shopping (test driving) of the cars that we had researched to be an appropriate replacement. When she came to Rick Case, she was met by Tyree Hodo when she pulled into the parking lot. He very courteously asked what vehicle she was looking for and, even though he knew that this was a "screening" drive by my wife to determine whether she found the car acceptable and that he would still have to demo it to me for my approval, he unhurriedly and thoroughly demonstrated the car to my wife and allowed her an unhurried test drive. When I went for my test drive, Tyree, again, was very courteous and allowed me to test drive the car on a route that I was very familiar so that I was able to truly compare the ride and handling of the car relative to the other cars I was test driving. When I left the dealership, Tyree was not the least bit "pushy" to close the sale knowing that I still had one more car to test drive. When It came time to negotiate the price the gentleman whose name I don't remember (but I think it was Will Barnes) gave me an offer, I countered with my offer, he checked with his boss and the deal was done. Because I wanted to have my wife on the paperwork, too, he very patiently waited for her to come to the dealership. He quickly and carefully prepared all the papers, explained the extended warranty options, we signed the papers. Because the car that we purchase was at their other location in Duluth we had to take delivery the next day. Tyree made arrangements with my wife to deliver the car to her as she returned the rental car she was using. At that time he performed all the demonstration of all the car's features and "synced" her cell phone to the car's Bluetooth feature. He truly is a credit to the Rick Case dealership. When recommending others to Rick Case I will most definitely be referring them to Tyree. More

In fact, before all this happened, I wrote a letter about how well Charlie treated us.We don't only write bad letters, but write good letters too. We are very happy with the car, but extremely disappointed with what transpired after the sale. We emailed Hyundai with our concerns regarding this in incident.
