Hyundai and Henry....a match made in heaven My Elantra Touring was purchased elsewhere, but I have been coming here for almost two years for service. The technicians and advisers are all well qualified and very competent.....as well as being customer oriented. Heather Kratky is outstanding! During this last visit, Henry Stokes, Vehicle Exchange Specialist, made it a point to interact with those of us waiting for service. He showed genuine concern for the issues facing each customer and their vehicles. It initially appeared that my repair costs might be so prohibitive that a new car would have to be considered. Henry explained my options and remained calmly focused, despite my stressed out trepidation.
