One of the best car buying experiences we've had My wife and I already had the make and model in mind that we were looking for. We found a vehicle that had just been added to the web inventory that My wife and I already had the make and model in mind that we were looking for. I sent a request for information Wednesday afternoon and was quickly contacted by James Grasso (Jim). Since we live two hours away from the dealership, Jim sent us pictures of the car and gave us a rundown on the features. We decided Thursday morning that we were interested enough to purchase the car pending the test drive. I asked Jim if he could go ahead and get everything ready as far as sales, trade, and financing and he said he would. We arrived just after 7pm and everything was ready. We test drove the car, loved it and decided to finalize the purchase. With test drive and paperwork, we were done by 8:30pm. In the end, I feel that we got a great car at a reasonable price. Jim and Darren were easy going and pleasant to deal with. More

Henry was very knowledgeable of the cars and very professional with a great personality that every cars salesman should have from beginning to end. By far this a was the best car sell experience I had with Hyundai within the last past 6 years! More

They honored the True Car Price Even Though They Aren't enrolled in the program. Next time I might use Costco pricing. I bought the car I wanted right off the showroom floor and they even matched my banks 1.5% interest rate. More

They gave me a loaner car at 7:30 pm even though insurance did not cover it. No charge for the loaner car on the next day. The service department worked on my car on Labor Day weekend. They put in a new alternator and the car is working again. Thanks to all the salesmen and the service department for excellent service and prompt and correct attention. More
