GREATEST car buying experience we've EVER had!!! We've never purchased a car with as much ease as we did the one we purchased here!! I was so stressed with having to find another car and having to t We've never purchased a car with as much ease as we did the one we purchased here!! I was so stressed with having to find another car and having to take on a car payment that we had not had for over a year. With me waiting on my disability hearing and my husband the only one working, we really couldn't afford another payment. However, our daughters were involved in a "not at fault" accident that totaled our car that was paid for. This was the reason for my being stressed about finding another car and having to take on another payment. I found this car on the Internet and for two weeks, no matter how I searched for a car, this car kept showing up. It was like this car was meant for me. I finally got the opportunity to visit Rick Case in Roswell to view and test drive this 2013 Santa Fe Sport w/Premium Pkg. And 35,000 miles. Needless to say I TOTALLY FELL IN LOVE with the car!! My husband had fair credit but had just co-signed on a fairly large truck loan with our son in June. I honestly felt like we didn't stand a chance to be approved for this car much less get a payment within a comfortable range for us. Within 5 minutes of Ryan completing the loan app online, Shayne from finance came to meet with us and explained our payment options with different down payments and term lengths. He advised us that he was confident he could get us a payment in our range. Within 10 minutes of submitting us for approval Shayne came back with and gave us the news that we had been approved and that our payment was on the low side of our range and that we had gotten an awesome interest rate!! I lifted my eyes to the ceiling and thanked God right there in the showroom then knelt my head and started to cry. That then caused my husband, my daughters, and Ryan, our salesman, to cry. This entire experience was all possible thanks to God putting that car and Rick Case Hyundai in our lives along with Ryan Tatum and Shayne Schilling!! My car that I had was 2003 Pontiac Vibe with 246,000 miles on it. It wasn't the nicest looking car but it got us where we needed to be and go. Our other vehicle is a 1991 Nissan truck. I honestly feel that God has seen us suffer and has seen us give of ourselves for others and help others and be servants in our church and He blessed us this with AWESOME SUV from this AWESOME DEALERSHIP and introduced us to these AWESOME PEOPLE!!!! From the time we walked on the lot to the time we drove off in our new car it was 2 1/2 hours!!!!! NEVER have I EVER purchased a car this fast!! If you're looking for a nice car, at a great price, from awesome people, with an out of this world warranty on new and used carS THEN RICK CASE IS YOUR PLACE!!!! ?? More

Bad Vibes We came to look at a car that we were very interested in. Ready to buy that day for the OTD price they offered. We get there and upon inspection we found a few things wrong with the car. Our salesman said they can take care of those issues no problem. We get inside and they slap an extra $900 on the OTD price they offered earlier! We say we cant pay that. You offered $900 less OTD. GM Will Barnes said okay but we can't fix the issues with the car then. He was very condescending about it. Telling us we are his friends while also trying to take back multiple things he and his sales staff said. We discussed paying the extra $900 simply because the cost of the repairs they promised would easily add up to exceed that. We took the for a PPI. Mechanic told us its possible it needs a $500 caliper replacement but wouldn't know unless he took apart the brake system.We got back to the dealership and told this to Mr. Barnes. He cut us off repeatedly in the middle of our sentences and said "We will not fix anything on the car. We have other cars, go look at those." At this point I've never felt more hustled. We took a look at one more car. The car was nice, but I just had a sick feeling after dealing with Mr. Barnes. I did not feel comfortable spending money with a business that employs men like this. Will Barnes is a the greasy no good car salesman that gives this profession a bad name. Don't buy from this dealership and perhaps Mr. Barnes will be replaced by someone who is competent and wants to actually sell cars. More

The fastest blown new car deal in history !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My fiance' and I were quite excited to find what we thought and were told was a GREAT used Hyundai at the Roswell location. We drove out to Alpharetta My fiance' and I were quite excited to find what we thought and were told was a GREAT used Hyundai at the Roswell location. We drove out to Alpharetta and drove home with what we thought was a steal (coming from a reputable dealership). While inside the establishment, my fiance' absolutely fell in love with the showroom's Genesis 5.0. Despite the BMW being her car of choice, she was quite impressed with the amenities the car came equipped with as well as the price tag. We'd actually save nearly $20,000 on the Genesis as opposed to the BMW. We decided that we would purchase the car in a few months after paying off her truck. Needless to say, the car that we purchased ran hot the very next day and cost $120 to fix. The following day, the car wouldn't start and required a new battery. Still, that didn't do the trick, so we were told to pay for a tow truck and have the car towed to their service department. That service would cost $250 from Stone Mountain, where we live. Instead, I re-charged the battery and drove the vehicle back to Rick Case. The service techs analyzed the car and fixed it. What could be so wrong about that? THEY MADE US COME OUT OF POCKET FOR THE REPAIRS ! Imagine our chagrin. Yes, we're aware of the term "AS IS", but there are common COURTESIES that should be adhered to by REPUTABLE dealers. Yes, we still love the Genesis and still plan on purchasing...but not from RICK CASE HYUNDAI. Sorry Javier. More

Traded in a Sonata 2011 Hybrid with 68,.000 miles and drove off with a 2015 Sonata Limited. With trade in and incentives - my payments were the same, just a newer and more upgraded car and the same 60 month financing.
