I have purchased many cars in my life and I have to say that Mark Thompson and Darren Davidson should teach others how to give a great customer service. The Elantra we purchased was for my daughter and she could no believe howsmooth the process was. They were courteous, focused and I actually forgot that I really don't like to buy a car. I could not ask for a better experience and will absolutely buy my NEXT car from them. More

Easy Breezy My '14 SantaFe had to be towed to the dealership (on a Sunday night) and when I called the next morning, they had already taken a look into the issue My '14 SantaFe had to be towed to the dealership (on a Sunday night) and when I called the next morning, they had already taken a look into the issue with the power steering. I was pleased to know that Heather was able to explain to me their assessment in a way that I could easily relate to and understand. Even though my insurance did not cover the cost of a 24 hour rental, the dealership did. They ordered the part and I had to wait overnight. Even before I called the following morning, they had installed the part and test drove it. Perfect. Heather even offered for me to leave the rental car with her and she sorted it out with Enterprise. Very considerate - that was beyond my expectations. Heather is super cool! Thanks! More

I told him what I was wanting to do and willing to spend , he said he needed to do a little research and would get back to me. The next day he called me and said he had found the car for me , and it was at what I was willing to spend , I just needed to come in and test drive it. I made a appointment for the next day , the car was what I was looking for. The best thing about my experience is when they wrote up the contract the numbers came in just what Jim had told me over the phone , no surprises. More
