Very happy I was looking to get out of an expensive car payment and into a reliable, less expensive, used van. I had been getting the runaround with a couple of other dealers in this process. I did eventually find a van and a dealership to make it happen, but I wasn't thrilled about the quality of the vehicle. I contacted Henry Stokes at Rick Case about a 2009 Honda Odyssey and told him what I was looking for. When I told him I was trying to trade down, he didn't pressure me into buying a new car or to increase the monthly payments I was looking for and instead worked to find a way to get the deal done. I got the vehicle inspected immediately afterward and in very good condition and just needed the basic maintenance that I already expected needed to be done. My mechanic said the vehicle was super clean and I couldn't be happier because I have cut my car payment by over half and have a nice vehicle with all the features I wanted. I have given the dealership and sales man 5 stars because I got a good vehicle at a good price and was treated very fairly. However, I must note for future buyers that it took over two weeks for my trade in to be paid off. I had not expected such a long delay in pay off and did not contact my finance company to stop the automatic debit of my old car payment on my account. This led to $300 in overdraft fees which could have been easily avoided if my trade in had been paid off promptly or if someone could have alerted me that it might take an extended amount of time for the trade in to be paid off. Still, I am very happy with my vehicle and the process overall so I still give the dealership 5 stars. More

Drove three hours just to get here! worth it! Overall, my experience was amazing. Javier Pujals took amazing care of me and my needs. I test drove a car at another dealership and talked numbers. Henry Stokes is the best! I went into the dealership thinking I would just test drive the 2016 Santa Fe Sport and leave. I had an appointment over at the Mazda dealership acros I went into the dealership thinking I would just test drive the 2016 Santa Fe Sport and leave. I had an appointment over at the Mazda dealership across the street later that evening to test drive the CX-5. But the people at Rick Case were so friendly, and Henry was so polite and knowledgeable, that I ended up buying the Hyundai that night. Henry is kind and professional, and won't "hard-sell" you the way some car dealers do. He explained all the features in a way that was easy to understand, and gave me a great deal both on the new car and on my trade. The finance guy, Shayne was great as well - he was patient with me and also made things quick and easy in terms of paperwork. If you're in the market for a Hyundai, definitely give Henry at Rick Case a call! More
