Great so far. Our overall buying process has been very positive so far. We worked with Henry Stokes and negotiated a fair ‘out the door’ price for the Elantra, at Our overall buying process has been very positive so far. We worked with Henry Stokes and negotiated a fair ‘out the door’ price for the Elantra, at least according to various car sites that shows what others have paid and/or fair price for same. Because they didn’t have in inventory the exact specs, we were given a loaner for few days. When we received our car, unfortunately, it had one feature missing. We called Henry and he told us he would fix the problem. He ordered the part and will schedule the service when it comes in. From our perspective, the buying experience is not measured in just when things go well, but also when they don’t and how they are resolved. So, for now, so far so good…. Will update when everything is all done. More
