Awesome Experience Like many of you, I dreaded spending days and days looking for a new car, only to finally make a decision and then have to spend countless hours at a Like many of you, I dreaded spending days and days looking for a new car, only to finally make a decision and then have to spend countless hours at a dealership. Unfortunately I could not prevent the days I spent looking for my perfect new car, but was able to narrow down my choice via the internet once I began my search. I called several Hyundai dealerships to see if they had my exact vehicle at their location. When I called Rick Case Hyundai of Roswell, I was fortunate enough to get not only the most professional and polite gentleman Dante Bryant, but someone who listened to what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into what he had on his lot. He took great notes, communicated very clearly and I agreed meet him at the dealership after work. It was only after I was working with him that I discovered he was new. I say that, because the training he received prior to being put out on the floor must have been awesome. He answered all my questions and came across very confident. He was paired with a "mentor" Malcolm Burden, who was thorough and a great trainer. I did not feel as if I was in the middle of a training session, but getting double the assistance! I can't express enough about how comfortable Dante made me feel. I was a female, purchasing a car on my own and was treated with respect and honesty. There was no "hard sell" or pushy salesman there. The finance manager was very seasoned, and walked through my purchase quickly, but not too fast to where I was uncomfortable. More in a way that they valued my time and didn't want me to have to spend my entire evening at the dealership. My total experience was better than I could have expected! I have never felt that I was being sold something rather just being informed. I have had three Hyundai cars and have always gone to Andrew Steadman when I needed to bring our cars into the shop. I will change days if he doesn't happen to be working that day. He is a real professional and makes me feel like I have my own personal service advisor. More
