Best Car Buying Experience! I came to Rick Case to get service done on my 2013 Elantra. Mr. Henry Stokes approached me about the vehicle exchange program and quickly intrigued me I came to Rick Case to get service done on my 2013 Elantra. Mr. Henry Stokes approached me about the vehicle exchange program and quickly intrigued me, especially with the 20 year 200,000 mile warranty! He took the time to learn about my vehicle needs and to understand my budget. After doing some back-of-the-napkin calculations, he found out that he could put me in my dream Hyundai car and fit my budget! He let me test-drive a 2015 Sonata Sport and it was a dream! A couple days later I decided to buy the car and Henry couldn't have made the process any easier. He was so thorough, nice, and accommodating. The financing process was also a breeze. It wasn't long and drawn out like it is at most other car dealerships. Rick Case clearly cares about their customer's and doesn't want to waste their time. It's so refreshing! I'll be going back to Rick Case for all my service needs and referring all my friends and family! More
