We had the pleasure of looking at cars with Malcolm Burden. He was very friendly, low pressure and knowledgeable on the car. He spent a considerable amount of time with us that day after I told him we were in the preliminary stage of looking and would not buy that day. Several months later we returned to the dealer and sought out Malcolm because our experience with him had been so good. We told him we were serious about buying a car and he went with us on a test drive and showed us more cars and went into greater detail on option packages. When we decided to buy the car we sat down to discuss purchase price. I had done a great deal of research and had a good idea of a fair price for the car. They quoted me a very fair price and I was very favorably impressed. We decided we would purchase the car and they made us a very fair offer on our existing vehicle as a trade and we accepted the deal. Our purchase of the Santa Fe has been a great experience. There has been no high pressure sales pitches and no need for haggling over price. We had heard that Rick Case was very good to deal with and we found that to be true. We checked with several other dealerships on the Santa Fe and the main reason we chose to deal with Rick Case was because of our experience with Malcolm and the way they deal with their customers.
