Absolute worst car buying experience ever!!! On Monday, 12/14/2015, we purchased a 2013 Elantra Limited that was advertised as a Certified Pre-owned vehicle. During the test drive, we noticed it needed an alignment. There were also some areas that needed to be buffed so we agreed to pick up the car on Friday, 12/18. Up to this point everything was going just fine. Our salesperson, Tyree Hodo, was an absolute pleasure to work with unfortunately the pleasantry ended when the rest of his team got involved. For starters, the Rick Case guaranteed low price we agreed to as shown on the Customer Choice Sheet was $13,771.56. However, the price was changed to $13,883.25 on the Retail Purchase Agreement. Apparently the taxes ended up being less than the estimated amount and instead of giving us the difference the Finance Manager, Shayne Schilling, inflated the price of the car. Not sure if that is standard practice but that didn't sit well with us. When we arrived to pick up the car, we notified the Sales Manager, Matt Rowan, of the discrepancy and he agreed to cut a check for the difference. He gave us a copy of the Request for Check form dated 12/18/15. It took over a month to receive the check and I'm sure we wouldn't have received it all if I hadn't emailed them about it. Another thing we noticed when we went to pick up the car was that all four tires needed to be replaced. Three of them were basically bald and the fourth had minimal tread left - something we didn't notice before because it was dark when we originally saw the car. After a lot of back and forth "haggling" with Matt Rowan, he finally decided to replace the two front tires but refused to replace the others even though it was later revealed that the technician who did the inspection had recommended new tires as well. Please note, we were scheduled to pick the car up at 10:00 am and by the time all of this was handled it was nearly 2:00 pm so we basically had to take off work for something that should've been a quick transaction - pick up the keys and go. Another thing to note is that we live nearly an hour away from that dealership so to say that was an inconvenience is a huge understatement. The bald tires and alignment issue made us wonder what else may be wrong with the "certified pre-owned" car so we asked repeatedly to see the 150 point inspection that was supposedly performed to see if there was anything else the technician may have recommended that management decided against. We were emailed the CarFax report but never did get to see a copy of that inspection. Therefore, we decided to have it inspected by a third party. As expected, they recommended we replace both rear tires - one of them needed immediate attention just as we had explained to Matt. What we weren't expecting was for the technician to tell us the battery also needed to be replaced. We can ignore the fact that all the floor mats and one of the mud guards were missing but it absolutely baffles us that a car that was supposedly taken through a 150 point inspection so that it could be advertised as a certified pre-owned vehicle still ended up needing an alignment, had four bald tires and a bad battery. With the exception of those issues, the pre-purchase inspection came back clean but I'm pretty sure the pre-purchase inspection is not as detailed as the 150 point inspection. I called other Hyundai dealerships in the area and they all said I should've received the proper paperwork associated with purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle. We decided to keep the car but as if the sales process wasn't horrible enough it's been nearly two months since the date of purchase and the title still hasn't been transferred into our name. I had to go into the tag office to get another temporary tag which will expire in about three weeks. I've contacted the Rick Case tag department on several occasions about this issue and all I get is the same response - "we're waiting on the paperwork". Why in the world would it take nearly two months to get a tag? I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I've even reached out to Rick Case via the email that was provided from another Rick Case dealership. Needless to say, to date I haven't received a response from him either. Do yourself a favor and go some where else for your next vehicle purchase. More

Needless to say my son ended up financing the same exact car I drive. My son walked away with a way better deal than I did on the same exact Hyundai because I DID NOT BUY MY HYUNDIA FROM RICK CASE. I can honestly say all my future vehicle's will come from Rick Case because no other dealership can offer what Rick Case Dealerships can plus we loved the team out in Roswell. Will Barnes, Dino Manry, and especially Mark Thompson went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. They are a very personable group. Mark made an instant connection with my son talking about the car, all the accessories, and the differences in the models he was looking at. My son really trusted Mark and Will understood my parent point of view of checking with the insurance company about rates, etc. With all that being said, I think that the most significant part of the entire experience was that they were NOT pushy! It was such a pleasant and comfortable two days and I'll be back in a couple months to check the lot when my oldest son gets back from college. For now, I'm going to enjoy the book! Thanks guys! More

The service team is top notch, always remembers my name, fixes any warranty issues (most that I have no idea about), and has great coupons monthly to make servicing your car affordable. Fast forward to 2016, I decide to take my car in on my birthday to get an oil change and the tires rotated. I started to get an itch to look at some newer models and talked to Darren who helped me buy first car. Darren works in finance now but he and my sales consultant Ryan Tatum were happy to try to find something that would work. I test drove what I thought would be my dream car only to find out I really just wanted the updated model of my existing Elantra. Ryan was a pleasure to work with, easy going, and didn't pressure me into anything. If I didn't like something it wasn't an issue. Darren was on the phone wheeling and dealing to get me the best rate for financing he could find and I was VERY pleased with the deal he came up with. For a little extra a month I have a brand NEW 2016 Elantra with a 20 year powertrain warranty. It was a no-brainer kind of deal. I LOVE my new car and it has a lot of creature comforts that I didn't have in my 2010 Elantra and I feel great. The folks here are great, easy to work with, and I'll be coming back for services and new cars in the years to come. More

Prior to delivery, technicians took the time to correct not only the minor issues I pointed out, but also corrected a few that I hadn't even noticed. Anthony Delgardio & Shayne Schilling in finance were efficient, clear in their direction, and demonstrated flexibility in working with me to reach a mutually acceptable financing solution. Mark Thompson was infinitely patient in demonstrating the vehicle's features, providing brief tutorials in how they're used and never ONCE making me feel like the rookie that I clearly am. Mark proactively ordered minor items needed to complete repairs to the vehicle and committed to installing them upon arrival, which I greatly appreciated. Prior to this purchase, I hadn't done business at an automobile dealership since 1999...but would not hesitate to return to RCHR and Mark Thompson in the future. More
