Overall, I had a very good experience here, my only concern was that my brand new 2016 Hyundai Tuscon had a small dent in it when I picked it up. I was very excited to be getting a new car, one that I really wanted and needed and to have all that excitement almost thrown away because of a dent was unfortunate. With how much every single person there is around the cars and knows the value of customer service I am amazed that this dent went overlooked. Needless to say that when we noticed the dent, it was taken care of right away and compensated for in the correct manner. I was told the dent would be fixed and if it was not fixed to my satisfaction then I would get a new car shipped to the store, and my husband and I were also given a gift card to a favorite restaurant. Overall my experience at Rick Case Hyundai was very positive and I really enjoyed working with Ryan. He is a top notch sales associate and he really made my experience all the more enjoyable. More

I spoke with Tyree Hodo prior to coming in and he listened to what I wanted and asked great questions. He identified a vehicle that was perfect for me and included his manager Adam to help me arrive at the deal I wanted. When we arrived at the dealership to view the 2016 Santa Fe we were greeted warmly and treated very professionally. Tyree made sure I understood all of the features of the car and was just very pleasant and personable and our finance professional, I believe his name was Anthony was also great.
