I never worry about my Hyundai I went in for an oil change and tire rotation after having easily made on appointment online. Pablo Estrada was my service agent and I could not have asked for a nicer or more knowledgeable person. I discussed a timeout issue with the bluetooth connection on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT . He understood what I described, asked a few questions, and wrote a concise statement such that the service technician would understand what the problem was. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced; the room was very pleasant. After the multi point inspection, another issue was discovered, brought to my attention and then resolved. The bluetooth issue requires a replacement part and I will be notified when that is received. Since car maintenance is a necessary thing in life just like doctor appointments, it is so much easier when it is a pleasant experience such as the one I had rather than a dreaded chore.
