Why would they sell a $30,000 car and only provide 1 key? My wife and I have been loyal Rick Case customers for years. We have purchased 3 cars from them and have recommended them to all our friends. We bro My wife and I have been loyal Rick Case customers for years. We have purchased 3 cars from them and have recommended them to all our friends. We brought our daughter in to buy her first car. We realize she purchased a used car, but it was only a year old and it was still nearly $30,000. The disappointment came after the paperwork was completed and she was given just 1 key for the car. We were told that is all it came with. We then had to spend the next three hours at the Kia dealer down the street to get a second key made. After relaying this story to a few friends, it turns out this is a common practice for Rick Case. A friend of ours purchased a car from the Rick Case store in Duluth and was only given 1 key with his car too. We are completely disappointed with Rick Case, it doesn't matter if you are loyal customers who refer other customers or not, they just don't seem to take care of customers like we have come to expect. Maybe there is a change in leadership or that is just the way they do business. Either way, it was a great disappointment for our daughter and her first car buying experience. I don't see us returning to Rick Case in the future. More

I originally went into the dealer for a service on my 2013 Veloster which I really like, and shortly after arriving I found myself talking with Henry about car options. He was very thorough with the information that he provided, and through his action and conversation I new that he was listening to my needs. I've always had good experiences at the Roswell location, but this experience confirms that it's worth being a customer at the Rick Case Roswell location. Because of this, I gave them my business even though I had a lower counter from another local dealer (I won't name them) who had made be go back and forth 3 times... Great overall experience. More
