My father has purchased multiple vehicles from Rick Case. Karen was amazing, reaching out to us to make sure we were taken care of. I was intending to finance my car following this lease, but she was willing, kind, and able to work with me on the price. She was available when I needed to speak with her, understanding of my needs, and incredibly friendly. This is my fourth Hyundai vehicle, third Tuscon, and I'm very familiar with them. I also worked with Anthony when signing. He was very nice and helpful throughout the experience. I hope to continue doing business with the staff at Rick Case Hyundai. Thanks! More

They secured the car and financing in a timely manner and the whole process only took 2 hours. Ryan explained all the new functions that the vehicle had that I was not aware of and I was on my way. Favorite Car Sales Person EVER!! I have purchased three cars since 2015 and every single time I have used Mark to help me.
