I previously owned a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and for months we've been wanting to trade it in for a 2016 Sonata, because our the 2011 This place is great. I previously owned a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and for months we've been wanting to trade it in for a 2016 Sonata, because our the 2011 was beginning to give us expensive problems. We always dismissed the idea because we always thought that trading in a vehicle that has a lien on it would be a headache and more expensive. But one day we took our car in for a repair and the opportunity was presented to us to upgrade our vehicle with no upfront cost to us! It was exciting but we wanted to make sure we wouldn't be paying too much more in notes than what we were previously paying. They worked with us on payment and car options until my wife and I were satisfied. They didn't pressure like most car salesmen do, but they made valid reasons for upgrading my vehicle. I really appreciate there patience because my wife and I made an error when we reported our income. It was an honest mistake and the bank wasn't pleased with it, but they did all they could to make sure we would keptour vehicle even at there lost. I really appreciate them for and apologize for the trouble I caused. The day we signed off on the vehicle was too busy and we made a mistake without verifying the paperwork but they caught it and fixed it. And Henry is a great guy! Rick Case needs to give that man his props! More

I brought her in for general service and while there test drove some new cars. After Darren did his math magic and Ryan helped find the perfect car, I ended up driving off the lot in my 1st ever Brand New car. With their 20yr 200K warranty its hard to consider other car manufactures. This is my 2nd car from them and I will consider my next purchase with them also. Thanks so much team!! More
