Now I am sorry for even thinking of buying that vehicle, well not the vehicle, just the Rick Case, I was misled and deceived about the 10-year 100,000 warranty attached to this deal. Which was a major deciding factor in my purchasing this vehicle. The warranty company denied the warranty when the engine failed and used several points until the repair shop finally threw their hands up and said they give up. I will never purchase another vehicle from Rick Case with an extended warranty ever again, totally useless and not worth the costs. It took 2 months of going back and forth before the repair garage finally said they were through dealing with the warranty company. The bottom line it cost me $9500.00 because the warranty is worthless!
