BAD SALES EXPERIENCE!! I attempted to buy a 2014 Equus from them w/o seeing or test driving the car. I called and spoke with a sales agent who emailed me a Bill of Sale for I attempted to buy a 2014 Equus from them w/o seeing or test driving the car. I called and spoke with a sales agent who emailed me a Bill of Sale for 28k and I took it to my bank and they issued me a check. Just as I was leaving my bank in NC to travel to GA for this particular car, the Sales Manager calls me letting me know that the wrong Bill of Sale was sent to me and the actual price is 32k. I then waited to readjust the loan that was just issued only to find out the N.A.D.A retail price of the car based on mileage is 29k. I immediately call the Sales Manager who informs me that the information I had just received was correct and then asked if i wanted to put down a down payment, to basically bring it back down to the 28k, or I could finance through their dealership. xxx!!!! What a rip off to try and get an extra 5k after taxes and tags...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!! More

We sat do discussed the car I was interested in, he worked very hard and found the car , but upgraded from the 2016 to the 2017 G80 at about the same price. We are very happy with the purchase. DINO Malcolm'so manager worked hard as well to find me the vehicle and getting the right price to make a smooth transition. Gooooooo!!!!!
