They stand behind their word. I purchased a 2013 certified Hyundai Genesis tech package from Malcom in 1/2016. Malcom was outstanding! I had some issues at first-but trusted Malco I purchased a 2013 certified Hyundai Genesis tech package from Malcom in 1/2016. Malcom was outstanding! I had some issues at first-but trusted Malcom, that they would make it right. Thanks to Will Barnes, the general manager, the dealership stood behind their word and kept looking til they found a replacement... a 2014 certified Genesis tech package. I am impressed by Will Barnes, as he delivered on his promise. Having said that, I am not a fan of the service department- they will have to win back my trust- as they were a significant player in my disatisfaction. Thank you Malcom and Will! More

OUTSTANDING SALES / FINANCE TEAM My wife and I visited 2 other Hyundai dealers before going to Rick Case. Rick Case's dealership found us a car in two days. The sales and finance persons were super professional, NO PRESSURE, and helpful. They even provided a new Santa Fe for us to use while we awaited delivery of our car. They kept us informed on the delivery and when we to delivery the sales people helped us to learn how to use the electronics and even set our Bluetooth cell phones. The sales person even gave us his personal cell phone number and stressed to us to call him for any technical advice. The sales manager even provided Rick Case's personal cell phone number if we wanted to call Mr. Case. GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! More

Unfortunately the car we saw on the internet had been sold. So we started the appointment with a little disappointment. HOWEVER: Malcolm worked with us on our second choice that was available. We test drove it and decided to purchase it. Through this whole entire process we never felt pressured, Malcolm asked a lot of great questions about our needs. He helped us make it work. KUDOS to him. Anthony who did our financing and was great. Did all of the paper work in a timely manner. From the time we walked through the door and completed our purchase was about 2 1/2 hours. We had to drive about an hour to this Rick Case Hyundai and we would do it again. WE highly recommend them when purchasing a new or used car! More
Subpar service all the way around, for a $60K vehicle. My service provider is not very good, and explanation of my vehicle's problem--which I shouldn't have a problem given that the vehicle is less than 12 My service provider is not very good, and explanation of my vehicle's problem--which I shouldn't have a problem given that the vehicle is less than 12 months old, was woefully inadequate. It appears as though the tech took the first available explanation--despite the fact that it was not congruent with their prior analysis. The people at the service counters are young, inexperienced and does not know how to provide superior service. They were rude to the tow truck driver who delivered my broken down car. The made me wait while the cashier took phone call after phone call. This after the Hyundai Roadside service took 5 hours to find a vendor to pick me and my car up and drop us at the dealership. They were able to find me a loaner car, but my service provider left for the day without informing me that he had located a car, nor that he had it reserved for me. The next day I never heard from the service writer about the status of my car. Two days later I get a call that my car is ready and it was the battery. I don't believe it was the battery, because it wasn't the battery the last time I brought the car in for the same problem. Except this time the car wouldn't start up after I turned it off. On their way to deliver the car that was supposed to be fixed with the new battery, the car started having the same problems that it had for me and left me stranded in Atlanta. So they took it back and will continue working on it. But they should have been able to detect the issue the 1st time, and the second time. This level of service for a luxury car is simply not acceptable. To compete with the luxury auto makers service is even more important than price after the sell. This dealership is failing miserably on providing luxury-level service. I am happy to pay the additional $20K in price if my new car doesn't break down, and I am treated like a valued customer. I didn't/and still don't, feel that way with Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell. The esthetics and cleanliness of the service area are in need of maintenance, housekeeping and organization. I felt like I was in used car lots service corner where the back office was an after thought. I left feeling like I'd been bamboozled by the sales team to find out that there was no real operation in the backroom. Not a good feeling. I hope this is read by mature leadership who make changes, and not penalize the customer for providing feedback. More

I knew I wanted to get another Sonata, and that the Eco Rick Case Hyundai on Alpharetta Highway was thorough, professional and pleasant to work with! I knew I wanted to get another Sonata, and that the Eco had virtually sold out in GA. They were able to bring in exactly the car I wanted in the color of my choice in a day and a half. I love it!
