I scheduled a time to come in and look at the vehicle I was buying, and when I pulled up they were ready and waiting for me. The whole process took about 2 hours, but that included checking out the car, the test drive, and the financial side of the transaction, which understandably can take some time. We worked with Malcolm, and he was awesome. Great conversation, knowledgable, and no pressure. I would definitely buy from Rick Case Hyundai (and Malcolm) again! More
