My experiene with Rick Case Hyundai has been VERY GOOD!!! I went in three weeks ago, with a friend, just looking to get information. My sales person was Steven Padgett and he did a wonderful job!! He showed me many different Santa Fe's on the lot, described all the differences, explained many details to me, and truly made me decide, after a trip that was just supposed to be for information, that I wanted a new Santa Fe!! If all the car salesman were as helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant to work with as Steven, there would be more cars sold today!! More

The reason I gave a high rating was because they were outstanding in all areas and Jennifer was excellent to explain what they were going to do. Jennifer saw that I had a recall on my SUV that Joe Holland had never check. Plus the week before I had my SUV in for the 3000 miles check up and they didn't even check that, but it should have been found before I purchased my SUV. After having finding and test driving the Hyundai Santa Fe I wished to purchase, I began negotiations with Jim Ellis Hyundai. The sales man was very disrespectful to me, to the degree that after leaving t Fe I wished to purchase, I began negotiations with Jim Ellis Hyundai. The sales man was very disrespectful to me, to the degree that after leaving the dealership, I was followed to my car so that I could be cajoled to continue negotiations inside the dealership. This was not an option so I left. I subsequently contacted Rick Banks at the Rick Case Hyundai dealership and told him that I had found the vehicle I wished to purchase, had researched vehicle price, and gave him a bottom line offer for the same vehicle. To my surprise, he agreed. No fuss, no muss, no haggle or negotiation. I took delivery of my vehicle on April 8 and was impressed at how smoothly the transaction went. The business manager was friendly and professional, reviewing options for extended warranty, but never pushing me to purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Car buying for me is akin to asking for a root canal. Not this time with Rick Case Hyundai. When we are ready for another vehicle purchase, we will go back again. More

Great saleman - made buying a car a pleasure. We got a good price, without the typical "used car saleman" hype.
