I have since taken my car in for some routine work and the guys in the shop were nice and quick with the work. They also seemed very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Friendliness has been excellent and still continues to be. Every now and then I hear from Tim, just to check on the car and how I'm doing. Most times we just have a brief chat, but one instance I needed him to check on something and he did an did it quick, as to not leave me on hold for too long. The price was amazing. This relates to the first paragraph; I knew what I wanted to purchase and Tim accepted that. More

I am very pleased with my new Hyundai Elantra. The fuel economy is great. The blue tooth technology is great as well. The trunk is very spacious for a compact car. I have enjoyed driving my Elantra. Anthony was the first salesman/dealership to respond to my e-mail. He was extremely courteous and patient in answering our numerous questions, and showing us multiple cars. Anthony and Greg went above and beyond to locate the car I wanted, and we received a fair price for our trade-in. They guaranteed us that buying the car was just the beginning of our dealer/customer relationship. Alex took his time explaining finance options and addressing questions. Anthony, Greg and Alex treated us like VIPs,as though we were the only and most important customers! I had the pleasure of working with Ramtin Motahhary who was not only kind but extremely knowledgeable about Hyundai, very unassuming and in no way pushy. Ramtin was very patient answering the continual questions thrown at him. If you are looking for a great car with "out of this world" customer service this is the place to be! The vehicles, sales team, and finance team are all stellar not to mention just down right good folks. As corny as this may sound............ My experience at Rick Case Hyundai was as great as my shopping/buying trips to Nordstrom - customer service, and quality prodcut is bar none! More
We first bought a pre-owned 2009 Santa Fe back in July. The car broke down on us 4 times for the same problem,and one time with the orginial owner. Finally after the 4th breakdown and loaning us the Veracruz (which we fell in love with) we had no choice but to get rid of the lemon Santa Fe.
