I have since taken my car in for some routine work and the guys in the shop were nice and quick with the work. They also seemed very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Friendliness has been excellent and still continues to be. Every now and then I hear from Tim, just to check on the car and how I'm doing. Most times we just have a brief chat, but one instance I needed him to check on something and he did an did it quick, as to not leave me on hold for too long. The price was amazing. We first bought a pre-owned 2009 Santa Fe back in July. The car broke down on us 4 times for the same problem,and one time with the orginial owner. Finally after the 4th breakdown and loaning us the Veracruz (which we fell in love with) we had no choice but to get rid of the lemon Santa Fe.
