I brought me 2012 Hyundai Santa Fae in for service and ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I was interested in buying a hybrid and started asking questions and ended up purchasing. I came in to have my Toyota Camry serviced, and left in a new Azera!. Both Chris in service and Preston in sales could not have been more accommodating. I was sure that, with my credit situation, there was no way I could buy a new car for zero down, under 4% interest, at a payment that I could actually afford, but I'm happy to say I was wrong. When I went for a service for my Elantra, Donnie Barnes was asking me questions, very nice and next thing I know he really help me to get my dream car. He went out of his way and help me along with Orlando was asking me questions, very nice and next thing I know he really help me to get my dream car. I have bought 4 Hyundai's 3 from Rick Case, they use to be great now I can see a change it is all about bussiness, my car is under warranty, it is a lemon, 2012 Hyundai sonata turbo 2.0. they had to rep to be great now I can see a change it is all about bussiness, my car is under warranty, it is a lemon, 2012 Hyundai sonata turbo 2.0. they had to replace the carpet under 10,00 miles it was wearing out, then the center console the paint was peeling, now today the car engine light was on, I brought it in, they told me that was under warranty but I had to buy filters over 100.00 dollars, then I went to see my sales person Patrick he was off until 1:00pm he was promoted the sales guy asked if I wanted to see a car, I sad sure I looked around told him I have a lemon, he then took me around I already saw a car I wanted because I was there early by 2 hours before opening the show room ,,, then they have me fill out the paper work and its about 60.00 more amonth for what I am paying now... I told them no deal.. my car was ready for 1 hour but they did not turn the paper work in my guess is that they wanted me to buy the car, in which I did not ... after i got my car from service I called Lehman Hyundai I gave them the same invoice picture they told me they could get me in the same car for 10.00 more amonth from the payment I have now and a free month no payment.. see there is no loyalty anywhere anymore .. Don't buy from Rick Case More
The day of my visit (and purchase) was very pleasant. My salesman, Andy Taylor, and finance gentleman, Ted Goldberg, couldn't have been nicer. It was a pleasure doing business with them. However, when I returned on Wednesday, I was very disappointed to find that I could not lower my monthly payments by cancelling the service agreement I had signed. I'm sure you know how overewhelming it can be signing paper after paper during a sale. Upon re-reading these papers at home, I decided that I did not want the service contract. Upon returning to the dealership,I was told by Mike that nothing could be done to cancel the service contract and that even if it could be cancelled and the $1500 returned to me, it still wouldn't lower my monthly payments. (I didn't appreciate Mike's attitude either.) This kind of took the glow off the wonderful service I received when buying my car. I don't see why the contract couldn't be cancelled and my monthly payments reduced. It was all explained to me but I just don't think it's right. The reason I came back on Wednesday instead of sooner was that I had an appointment to Enviroguard on my car. Had I known that I only had a couple of days to cancel anything, I would have certainly come back sooner. More

While waiting for service I looked around with no plans to upgrade my 2009 Santa Fe with 26,000 miles. I met "Andy"Taylor one of your sales consultant who was warm friendly and very Knowledgable.Andy introduce me to Jimmy Contreras who was also excellent. The rest is History. I am now the Proud Owner of a 2012 Santa Fe. Andy and Jimmy could sell me the (Brooklyn Bridge) They are NOT just Sales people, there is something PRETTY SPECIAL about those two. This was my second time around with Rick Case Hyundai and I have to say it was my best experience ever! More
This is my second Hyundai. There are three others in our family. None of us ever had any real problems that amounted to anything important and we all agree that our next cars will be Hyundai. My only recomendation (both in my Sonota 2006 LX and now in my Elantra Limmited 2011), the passenger seat is too low. It should at least have an arm to raise or lower that seat. A short passenger in that seat cannot see over the dash board and that takes a lot of the ride from that person. Thank you More
I went to Rick Case to arrange for body work to be done to my 2008 Sonata which had some minor damage done due to a minor accident. I went to Marty Isreal to say hello and to find out where I had to go for the body shop. He told me that the shop had been incorporated into the Weston location. While there, Marty suggested that my wife and I look at the new models. There was an Elantra that we were interested in looking at. Marty convinced us that a good deal could be made using our Sonata as a trade-in. We bought the Elantra! This is my third new car that I have purchased from Marty. We have had numerous complements regarding the new body style, the color, and the accessories in the car. I am expecting great gas milage. I especially like the bluetooth ability for hands free phone in the car. (Marty was very good in setting that up). I also like the temperature and direction indicators which were not available in the Sonata. I like the car... I have not had service work done (other than dealer preparation) on the new car, but I know the quality of the service area based on my previous experience with Rick Case. More
