Hyundai Just doesn't care about you Don't buy a Hyundai. This is the 4th time I have tried to bring my 2009 Genesis to be repaired by Dealership. While driving the AC will go out from "M Don't buy a Hyundai. This is the 4th time I have tried to bring my 2009 Genesis to be repaired by Dealership. While driving the AC will go out from "Max Cold" and "recirculate" to default 72 degrees and non-circulate. This is always followed by my car, after being parked, no longer having any energy. Can't electronically open door or trunk, no lights, no power, no nothing.. Car just won't start. The car will sometimes will come back on after 10 minutes, 2 hours or overnight. Can't get a call back from service technician, service manager, GM or Hyundai regional. Colin Lord is inept and the GM Larson is a liar. More

You’d be amazed how many companies don’t listen to their customers. Donnie Barnes provides Excellent Service which equivalent good business. Donovan was personable and attentive, a really nice guy which seems to be a rarity when it comes to buying a car. Michael was great with the financing paperwork and answered all my questions and concerned. This is why I came to Rick Case Hyundai for service rather than going to the dealership I originally bought my first Elantra from. Thanks guys, you certainly made my Sunday a special one. More

I was i I drove into the dealership on Sat 6/7/2014 to have the A/C checked on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I was not looking to trade my car in. BUT .... I was introduced to Donnie Barnes. He was very informative and helped me UPGRADE. I drove the 2014 Elantra that was a step up from what I had, but I was not fully convinced to trade. He then had me drive a 2014 Sonata. I was excited. I loved the handling of the car and the added space. So we talked more. He helped me pick out what color I wanted and we finalized the trade. I went back in this morning to get the tints done on my windows... Very satisfied customer here. This is my third Hyundai!! I was very impressed with the patience and professionalism that the staff had. I will be recommending Rick Case Hyundai to everyone I know. Thank you Donnie and staff for all that you did. More
Worst service experience ever Service dept along with Leroy Larson (General Manager) were no help at all in repairing my car. As a matter of fact Leroy was the rudest person I ever Service dept along with Leroy Larson (General Manager) were no help at all in repairing my car. As a matter of fact Leroy was the rudest person I ever spoke to at a dealership. Never mind the fact they couldn't repair my car, but he insulted me more than once. Considering Rick Case Hyundai takes pride in their customer service it was a shock to me. More
I went in for a multipoint inspection and had my brakes done. Ernest is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and has always been fair.
