Worst Maintenance dept ever!!! Bought my car here and Moe did great, but know that I had some issues with my car that needed to be addressed I came to find out the reason of the man Bought my car here and Moe did great, but know that I had some issues with my car that needed to be addressed I came to find out the reason of the many negative reviews. After 3 days with the car in service I didn't receive a call giving me any info about the car, I literally had to call every day to find out what was going on, finally I'm told that my car issues were resolved and that I could pick it up. Got to the dealer got helped right away, pay what I had to pay, and drove off, not even a block away I noticed that my car still had one of the issues, called back, picked up Jonathan service specialist and showed him the issue, his answer was "the service manager (Colin Lord) test drove the car and he said it's fine and since he said that it's fine he won't approve any other repairs to the car. End of story the service at this dealer sucks, I will never take it to them thanks to the lack of customer service, which I expected to be 100% being such a large corporation like Rick Case, this gives a horrible name to all of them... Next to try Braman Hyundai!!! More
WORST SERVICE I bought a car and a week later I had a sidewall blow out... I called RC and Hyundai as this was at midnight in Orlando and had no spare. Hyundai roadside assistance wanted to drop me in the worst part of Orlando at the dealership and refused to take me to a hotel. I then had to go through my insurance company to have the car towed to a tire kingdom that had a hotel behind it at the recommendation of the state trooper... I never got an answer from RC or Hyundai. I pulled up to have an oil change done which I made an appointment for and the first thing out of the service person's mouth was.. "it's a 2 hour wait before we can bring it back" not, "hi do you have an appointment" When I looked at him and said I had an appointment he then told me it would not be that long... during the check in we spoke about the fact I had a blow out 1 week after I bought the car, he immediately said..." if you didn't buy the road hazard then there is nothing I can do" I asked to speak to the GM, who I was then told he would say the exact same thing. as the service person was checking me in, he noted that I was going to have to go to another service adviser because that is who I had the appointment with and began to "quit" the process of checking me in. I explained since it was my first time there, I did not care who my adviser was and to please continue... the tire was then inspected by the service gm who indicated he couldn't see anything wrong with it, but had to talk to the tire rep..after arguing with me that I must have hit something, . I then asked to speak to the GM I was told he wasn't available. I asked to speak to Rick Case, and was told he didn't have his number... I walked up to the sales desk and was given a number to an assistant, and then told I must have hit something and that the GM is going to stand w/ the service manager. I spoke with RC assistant and was told it would have to go back to the GM/and Service Mgr. I received a call from the GM who indicated I must have hit something because tires just don't blow out. With this being the 4th car my family has bought from RC but the first one from the FTL store, I expected better customer service. I was then "schooled" on how I spoke to his staff, the staff who continued to state.. "you must have hit something" I guess the customer isn't always right and RC really isn't in to the personal touch as he claims to be. I'm out over $200 and they provided me with an oil change and a free tire rotation. WORST DECISION I EVER MADE IN A CAR DEALERSHIP.. I SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH TOYOTA More

Regretful I am leasing a 2015 Hyundai Sonata which I just got in Feb. I had been very pleased with any of my dealings until today. I was hand washing my car thi I am leasing a 2015 Hyundai Sonata which I just got in Feb. I had been very pleased with any of my dealings until today. I was hand washing my car this morning when my elbow accidentally bumped the passenger outside mirror & it came off, just dangling in the air. I took it right to the dealership because I could not get it to fit back on. The service person Stefano was so kind & tried to help but he said a piece broke off. He told me that Hyundai probably would not pay for it. I was so taken aback as I am paying for the extended warranty with my car payment. Also, how cheaply is it put together that my elbow could knock it off? I wanted to speak to someone in authority and did talk with 2 people. To sum it up, I was not happy with them. The 1 looked at it & said that it is not covered under warranty & despite my being so upset, walked off without another word. The 2nd person had an attitude of indifference even though I was so visibly distraught! I was told "Well, you didn't buy the company" and told me that my elbow bumping it was considered a " collision" and to either call our insurance or pay out of pocket. He had no empathy or compassion & made me feel as though I was not being truthful!! His behavior was totally unprofessional & uncaring. I will not mention the 2 names because they know who they are & probably this is the way they are. When we were there in Feb. to find a car, my husband & I were treated like royalty, but that disappears when there is a problem! I hope for their sakes that they are never treated or made to feel the way I did with any issues they may face. To top it off, I was left with my mirror dangling & not even an offer to even get me some tape to secure it so that I could drive home. I am dreading the next 2 1/2years & even having to go back to the dealership for maintenance. My only consolation is that the service people have always been the most helpful, courteous & respectful. Needless to say, we will not be doing any more business with Rick Case & definitely will not recommend them. We no longer have anything good to say about the dealership. It has definitely left a sour taste in our mouths! Barbara Pearce More

I wasn't pressure by neither one of these gentlemen my experience with Rick Case was awesome. And I"ll Advise any of my friends of family member to purchase they car from them. with no Regrets.
