Worst service from Management ever! Mr.Lord is arrogant, unprofessional, and short tempered. My car was damaged in car wash and he refused to fix it. He got upset and stormed off throwing his hands up in the air in front of employees and customers. I have been visiting this facility for 12 YEARS and now I have to drive farther to have service because I don't want to go back there. The encounter with him was so unpleasant. I have worked in customer service for 12 YEARS and have been apart of training and management teams and this guy needs a tune up! More
Relaxing Atmosphere I didn't have to wait long to be admitted in with a oil change service, was greeted promptly ,written up and car was swept away to shop area. I waited in the lobby that was clean, roomy, snacks ,fruit, coffee and beverages available, because the lobby is adjoining the showroom and sales personnel with offices I like the fact that no one approaches you to but an automobile, to me, that's class. The restroom is always clean, cleaner than most restaurant's and the small things always catch my eye like the soap dispenser pump at the sink, anywhere else they never work so they normally hang a plastic dispenser and leave the old unusable metal for ever! Oh, almost forgot, the lobby also has computers, television, comfortable couches, chairs and tables, just relaxing. More
Service your Hyundai elsewhere. I called and made an appointment. I was told I wold be out within an hour. I arrived fifteen minutes early and was informed they needed about two and I called and made an appointment. I was told I wold be out within an hour. I arrived fifteen minutes early and was informed they needed about two and a half hours. I tracked down the person that scheduled my appointment and was told that is what they are told to tell the customer, check again with my service writer. My service writer said the person making appointments never should have told me one hour. Being at the dealership already, I decided to wait. While walking the dealers lot, I noticed numerous loaner vehicles. It would have been nice if one was offered to me. When my car was finished, it took quite a while to get the paperwork processed. Finally the service writer was twenty feet, yes...20 feet, from me and the cashier with my finished paperwork but he had to stop to start talking with someone else. The cashier waited with me and the cashier finally walked over to retrieve the paperwork so I could leave. I never received a customer service report to fill out. I requested it numerous times and left phone messages with the service manager but never got a return call. More

Worst experience every time. No value for customers time. I have bought a Hyundai Car from Rick Case Hyundai, Plantation. Due to rude and incompetent people that handle customer service I will never buy a Hyu I have bought a Hyundai Car from Rick Case Hyundai, Plantation. Due to rude and incompetent people that handle customer service I will never buy a Hyundai again neither would prefer to get any services for my car. I LIKE the product but dealing with the people at Rick Case Hyundai is so unpleasant. This is my 4th visit to this store and every time I have had bad experience. Today’s was the worst. My Car’s A/C knob was broken and it is still under warranty. I had booked an appointment to get it repaired. Before booking I had called the store and confirmed on the service, warranty and timing of my appointment. But when I went there, I could find the service representatives busy taking puffs and chit chatting. No one bothered to come up to me for at least 15-20 minutes and then they said it’s already too late to be repaired today!!!!!! It is not just a single instance for which I blame them but several times I went for my car service, they either delay to attend me or give the car 2 hours later than the time mentioned. I had to waste a lot of my office time and was answerable to my manager because of this. The staff doesn't listen to a word you say, they just repeat their speech over and over until you get so frustrated you have to walk away. Ask for a supervisor then you wait for a long period and then just get the same treatment from the supervisors. These people are horrible to deal with. The best dialogue of the day was “YOU CAN GO TO ANY HYUNDAI”. Yes… I know that, I can go to any HYUNDAI for the warranty claims. Do I get to hear the same words when my car is nearing the service. They insist to visit them. For what…??? To get the worst experience…! I will NOT USE Rick Case Hyundai services again..!! More
