My license plate was found in the car wash on Sunday 02/07/2016 by an employee after I called because I noticed my plate was missing. After it was recovered I had to reach out to the service manager and he did not acknowledge that it occurred in the car wash. I confirmed with him that the plate was found in the car wash by an employee and my plate holder was cracked. He replaced the holder with a free hyundai one and stated that was all he was doing for me. The damage is to the black plastic piece of bumper where the license plate holes are. One of the holes is torn because of the car wash pulled the plate and nails out. I also noticed a scratch in the leather of the center console which again he did not want to address. I have been a loyal customer and have done most of my service there over the 12 years of owning Hyundais and I was very disappointed with how he treated me, the way he acted, and how he responded to my concerns. I asked if the detail person could take a look at the scratch and I asked what he could do about the plastic bumper piece. He didn’t offer any suggestions or solutions. I haven’t heard from anyone there since and he said he would speak with the service advisor about the car. It has been over 4 months and I have heard nothing. Also, I had vibration in the car and a belt was replaced and that didn’t help. Nothing else was done about that so I recently took my car somewhere else and the engine mount was replaced and the vibration has stopped. I am sorry to say that my experiences there in the last 6 months to 1 year have not been good and I am getting service somewhere else at this time. I really hope that you care about me as a customer and can offer me something because I would like to come back and continue to due business there.

After sending additional information with pictures to the general manager. He calls me and says he doesn't know what I'm talking about and says I never reported it. He was laughing throughout our entire conversation and was talking over me. He was just as unprofessional and arrogant as the service manager. He also stated that there is nothing he could do for me-of course I knew that was coming. This isn't the first time I have had a problem there but it was my last. My favorite part of the call was when he asked if I had 20" wheels. Did you talk to your staff or not and stop playing games and wasting time. These guys are of full of xxxx. They are a joke. I am disgusted with both of them.
