James Richardson was very friendly, personable and was right their to greet me when I drove up. He made sure I understood everything before I signed the papers. He is almost as good as Tom Owens! Once again though, when I left I had greasy hand prints on the inside of my left door where you put your hand to shut the door. Yes, I could have taken the car back to be cleaned up, as I have done in the past . . . but what is the use, doesn't seem to correct that problem. More
Having an 8am appointment meant nothing. I arrived at 7:30am to avoid a lengthy stay. I was first in line. It took 3 1/2 hours to replace passenger door lock, fix side mirror and do an update. I had a similar situation when I got an oil change. I will never buy a Hyundai for this reason. More

I'm disappointed with their communication skills the cashier had me waiting for over 20 minutes she was missing a signature, someone took the paper work got it sign came back with in 5 minutes I was cashier had me waiting for over 20 minutes she was missing a signature, someone took the paper work got it sign came back with in 5 minutes I was standing with in 10 feet from her she took care about 5 to 6 customers, I heard another employee mention my name and she took my paperwork to the side I mention to her that's me I told her that I been standing there for over 20 minutes and she said that I should it been standing on line I'm thinking that because she had already started my paperwork that she would it said I got your paperwork step to the window so I'm thinking that maybe I should it been a, let's leave it there. It is hard to write a review about my visit today. Ernest Bynes was my service provider and did a wonderful job. It is the 2nd or 3rd time he has assisted me. The tailgate would not open. When I got home however it would not open with the remote. I have to return tomorrow. A more important comment is about Covid 19. I though your social distancing was poorly managed. Further it was surprising that the majority of your floor Sales staff either had their mast down to their chin or below their nose and some had clients on the other side of their desks. This made made me very uncomfortable. I also did not see any cleaning being done in seating areas after service clients left as their vehicles were finished. More
